My HCG is back to zero and we got the green light that I can do another FET cycle as soon as AF arrives. The miscarriage bleeding is pretty much gone so I'm happy about that.
In the meantime I got my recurrent miscarriage bloodwork done today (14 vials eek) and now we wait for the results. Has anyone had this done? Feeling a bit nervous about the results but I know it's good we got it done.
As for my DH I love his emotional support he gives me. This process has brought us closer which is the one upside to this nightmare.

@Worldtravler0522 glad to hear you will be able to proceed to another round of FET. I hope the recurrent loss bloodwork gives you some answers and solutions so you can have your take home baby. Hugs to you.

@Worldtravler0522 - I'm also glad you got green light for another FET cycle. Not so glad re: the 14 vials though - yikes.
Ah, I am excited for these updates! There are so many people I have been keeping FX for this past little while! Lots of TWWs happening!
I feel a little self-conscious - like I have been posting too much. Ummm. Maybe beginners' enthusiasm? I've found this board so helpful this month. Who knows, maybe in a couple of months I will be discouraged and will want to take a break.
Because I didn't measure an LH surge, and also because DH is unsure, we have decided to hold off on the IUI next month. I don't want to spend the money until I'm using this "Advanced Fertility Monitor" like a pro - I'd like to get my cycle charts down now that I'm using a new tool. (I keep hoping I just missed the LH testing window - even though I was testing every morning... if I'm KUd, we'll find out Monday (like @seethosestars ).
QOTW: Body, definitely.
For real though, this one is hard! I love lots of things, cannot choose. I was going to say: "I love everything" and then I remembered "man colds & backseat driver".
On a gushy day, I'd say: "his mind & personality, how patient, sweet & thoughtful he is, how funny when he's grouchy", but today I'm feeling more like: "screw patience, I pick legs & chest."
ps. I googled "self acupuncture" and got over 12,000,000 results. Horrifying!!!
I mentioned this on the last weekly post, but I will give it a quick mention here. Had a BFN on Sunday, waiting for AF. We have officially finished our 2 months of clomid and 2 months of Letrozole trial. Once I get AF, I will contact my doctor and set up the HSG.
With the exception of the HSG, DH and I have decided to take a break for the holidays. The last break we took from actively TTC was last February, so it's been almost a year and we are definitely feeling the strain. Plus, its much easier to enjoy the holidays without having to worry about timed BD.
QOTW: He is so laid back and patient. Sometimes the laid backness gets annoying, especially if I am passionate about something. But he has taken my crazy in stride, back when I was working full time while working on my Masters and through all this baby craze. Any less patient man probably would have ran away by now. Lol. Plus, he's got crazy blue eyes
Still in the TWW, testing on the 21st. Trying not to overanalyze every cramp.
QOTW: My DH has been so integral to me becoming more mentally healthy. I have anxiety issues and he has been so patient as I try out new methods. I don't think I'd be as happy without his help.
It's been a while since I checked in! I have gotten through IVF! We did a FET on 11/14 and I have a beta on 11/23. We did a single embryo transfer of a 4AA blastocyst. I'm on Estrace 2x a day, endometrin 3x a day, and minivelle patch.
QOTW- DH always makes me feel beautiful and attractive.

I am on CD1. I called RE's office to let them know and left a message, then missed the return call and the VM the nurse left me got cut off so I'm frustrated and impatient waiting to hear what the treatment schedule will be.
For those who go in for monitoring before an IUI what CD do you usually go? I went in on CD 11 last cycle but the calendar they have in my online chart says I would go on CD 13.

@laurad75 I usually go in sometime between CD2-5 for baseline bloodwork and u/s, and then 7 days later for monitoring. Hope you get your schedule soon!
@worldtravler0522 I'm glad you get to do another FET again soon. Good luck with your bloodwork. I hope it gives you some answers. It's wonderful that you have such a supportive husband to help get you through this.
@Megzb510 Welcome back! So happy to hear you've gotten through your FET. FX!
@funkykey I don't think you've been posting too much. I'm glad you're so excited to be involved!
@hoffmanr7 I'm sorry about the BFN. Glad to hear you're getting the HSG. And breaks are really nice. DH and I are in a semi-break, and it's been more relaxing. Enjoy yours!
So a quick update due to a change in plans. I got AF on Friday, called my doctors office to set up the HSG. The nurse I talked to stated that they like to do another round of meds with the HSG. She said that when the ink goes through, it can sometimes flush out any debris etc and some women find they get pregnant after it. (anyone else heard of this?) I discussed it with DH who agreed that it would be ok to postpone our break for one more cycle.
So here we go with round 5 of medications. They have me back on Clomid, but at 100mg 9I was on 50 before). They are also having me take Estrogen this time around to make sure the Clomid doesnt thin my lininng.
HSG is scheduled for Wednesday. DH is up north hunting all week. He asked me today if I was okay if he didnt come home for the test. I found this super sweet as I didnt think for a second about having him come home for it (this is what happens after living with an avid hunter for awhile....the man seriously considered not going to his own cousins wedding last year because it was during the rut). I had lready made arrangements for my mom to go with me just in case the cramping is bad afterwards and I didnt feel like driving. It just seemed silly to have him drive almost 2 hours home, take pretty much the better part of a day, and head straight back up north for one test.
@hoffmanr7 - yes, after my HSG I read somewhere that I had a 20% increased chance of conceiving in the first three months. My GP even mentioned that sometimes the HSG itself "opened the tubes up" in cases where there might be mild scarring or a blockage or something. That didn't end up working for us - we didn't conceive - but boy, did we try. Hahaha. So yes, I have heard of that!
My DH came to the HSG with me, and then took me out to an ice cream parlour after for a giant serving of ice cream. It wasn't that bad at all, but I've been (fairly) undemanding about our IF so far, and have done the lion's share of the work, so I decided to cash in some of those brownie points.
Good luck! I think it's wise to take your mom. The cramping wasn't so bad (for me), but mine was in this room that was so, um, Soviet in feel - like 1950s equipment, sterile, with all the goop just dripping out after. I just wanted to curl up into a little ball and get into bed.
I hope the room you have it in is a bit more friendly! FX you get KU after!
@hoffmanr7 - They totally told me the same thing, that the "flushing out" helps some couples. Aww, so sweet your DH to think of your feelings. Glad your mom is going with. (I told mine to not bother, no point having both of us miss work.) I didn't think the HSG was that bad. FX it's painless for you and you get that BFP soon!
@funkykey - I didn't drain *at all* after. It was weird. Apparently, it all went out the other way, which is why I had pain in my sides.
@hoffmanr7 I've heard the same thing. Anecdotally, they're reasonably certain that's what helped my mom, who struggled for many, many, many years to get pregnant. She didn't have an obvious blockage but conceived that same cycle.
Hey y'all...well, I'm back. We went in for our 11 week ultrasound this morning and there wasn't a heartbeat. Looks like the baby stopped growing around 7 weeks. I'm okay, but I think I'm in a little bit of shock. Can't believe this is happening again. They gave me something to take to get things going and hopefully I won't need to have a DNC. We were getting ready to announce to everyone this week...we had pictures taken yesterday. Definitely hard but I'm confident it will happen for us one day soon. So we're going to take a little break from the fertility world but I'll be back here as soon as we figure out our game plan. Love to you all.

Hello! I joined this board about a year ago, and then took a break from the site while we were trying to figure out our next steps. I am also part of the Infertility board:
1. How long have you been TTC? About 6 years
2. What is your diagnosis? Endometriosis, fibroids, scar tissue build up.
3. What is your current treatment plan? Im currently in my first round of IVF. Day 7 of stims. Tentative ER on 12/2 but might be a few days later.
QOTW: What do you love the most about your S/O? I love my husbands confidence in his goofy-ness. He is a complete dorkasaurus and doesn't try to be.
