@KMD1106 I'm not sleeping either. I used to sleep with our cat snuggled up on one side and dh on the other, but lately I feel like a rotisserie chicken, rotating and overheated in the middle. And then there's the waking up thirsty or having to pee every few hours, and the nights with insomnia. I dread not being able to sleep on my stomach.
My poor cat used to sleep curled up next to my belly every night until DD got big enough to kick visibly and kicked him through my stomach, lmao he never snuggled with me again...
@livin541 I remember DD1 having night terrors around 2-3 years old. There isn't really anything you can do which is so hard to just watch them. Waking them up from it is actually worse supposedly. Our pediatrician told us to just sit by them and make sure they don't flail themselves out of the bed. She did grow out of the night terrors but now she wakes up with what she says are "bad dreams".

Anyone else extra cold all the time?! I remember being hot all the time with DD1 and DD2 but this time I'm super cold. I can't get warm it feels like, but I'm craving ice water which doesn't help the situation!

@livin541 Agree with what everyone else says. My DD would wake up but not really be "there". She would yell and flail around. I would try talking to her but nothing ever got through to her. She finally did grow out of it. But she still talks in her sleep quite a bit and occasionally wakes up with a blank stare. Freaks me out a bit TBH, but I also talk in my sleep a lot too. I am sure he will grow out of it!
Anyone have the Ciao Baby portable high chair or the Phil and Ted's Lobster Seat? I would love to hear a report on either before we buy.
Are you wanting it for home or going out? Because honestly I can't ever think of a time we went out and I would have wanted it. Our Ciao baby chair has sat unused since we bought it because I thought we would need it but never did.
Now for home it works great. My mom put it on the end of her kitchen table that backs up over a window bench seat and used it is a primary chair for my nephew for ages. And he was a total beefcake too.

My 5 pound chihuahua has slept with me almost every night for the 16 years we've had her...BUT when I was pregnant with my son, she moved over to my husband. And with this one, before I even knew I was pregnant she started sleeping with him again. It must be something hormonal? It's kinda funny though...

Yes, I currently have 4 blankets on my bed, which fiance is going to complain about when he gets home tonight. If you have a Ross close by I got these slippers last week and they are so warm they almost make my feet sweat. They also have monkeys and pigs. I know not all Ross' have them but all the stores around here do. They are amazing!

@emilyalso - I'm going to second @WombThereItIs on the chair. We have the Phil and Ted's Lobster Seat. I never bring it to restaurants because that makes one less thing to carry. We do, however, use it pretty regularly when we visit family...especially at holidays. The grandkids on both sides have been out of high chairs for several years, so neither grandparent has a decent one handy.
Thanks for all the advice ladies! I'm sorry you've all had to go through this too, it's definitely hard to see them so upset. I hope he grows out of it quickly!
@emilyalso We have a similar one to the lobster seat, ours is a Inglesina brand (from diapers.com) and we use it as our only high chair. We never take it with us to restaurants because we have enough stuff to carry but it works great when traveling or visiting grandparents! And for the other military moms constantly moving... I love ours for PCSing to throw in the car and use at temporary lodging!

@Jen_Shoes I have had low back issues forever (slipped disc, PT twice, chiropractor (worst thing ever for me, but that's just me!). I, actually, just finished a round of PT because it went out right when I found out I was pregnant. Took Tylenol, which barely touched the pain, I had it all down my leg (sciatica) and could barely move! Pretty much on bed rest for a week. I, also, used Tiger Balm which worked amazingly! I used the patches and have a jar of it just in case. MY PT also gave me a website to use for the exercises and stretches, that really are good for anyone during pregnancy, and they seem to be helping me. The website is https://www.heyfitmama.com/. The woman who runs it is a PT in Australia I think and is becoming one in the US, so all of her techniques are really safe for baby, and after!
Hope this helps and you feel better soon!! Oh, and I purchased the Leacho Back 'N Belly off of amazon and it has been so comfy! Mainly got it for my back, but I know it will help later as well!! Hang in there

Unfortunately we lost poor kitty but he did like her better once she wasn't possessing his sleeping lap... as for being cold all the time my DH has informed me that I no longer qualify as a mammal because I don't make my own body heat any more...
I was talking to a massage therapist today who does prenatal massage. She told me that there's a pressure point on your ankle that can cause you to go into premature labor. Of course, I had to google it to confirm. I had never heard that before! How terrifying. I think I'll be steering clear of pedicures for now, too.
@livin541 my son has night terrors when he's overtired- maybe try an earlier bedtime or adjusting nap so it's a little longer would help- that's what we try. Night terrors are the worst, good luck.
I was hoping the missing threads would come back but so far it's not looking good. HOWEVER, I did leave the page up regarding the baby gear and item recommendations that @schnitz9.
I know it takes awhile to compile the responses since I was still working on it, I would be happy to revive the thread so the three of you don't have to retype your responses, and other STMs can contribute however they'd like to!

I just bought the Black Friday crib mattress from BRU, first purchase for baby #3 lol. I don't know why but I am having a harder time getting shit done for this baby.
Man, the board erases a day and boom! We now have a topic that must not be named. Obviously codename Voldemort. I mean I'm looking forward to uhhhh going to Hogwarts with you guys some day later in the third tri.

Haha! I totally want to go to uhh..Hogwarts with some of you someday too.
YES!!! I get Hufflepuff on every quiz I take, and I'm tired of Hufflepuff getting a bad rap.
I just took the Pottermore quiz and got Hufflepuff. Hard work, loyalty, patience - none of those are bad traits! I was just thinking that I should re-read the Harry Potter books. I haven't read them since I was a kid, but I loved them so much back then.
Love that Hufflepuff potato pic, though.. haha
