I found this edible raw cookie dough (no raw eggs, designed to eat raw, right out of the container) at my local grocery store. My two year old saw it in the refrigerator and wanted some, so I told him we'd make cookies later.

Whereeeee because I really want some. My mom offered to buy me Blue Bell CCCD and I actually hesitated because I have no idea what their doughs are made of. I should have looked into it.

I got it at Ingles, which is a grocery store chain, but I'm sure how far their reach is. It was in with the other raw cookie dough products, but it wasn't too noticeable. I'm glad I saw it though because it's delicious! When I get home, I'll find out the name of who makes it, so maybe you can look them up and see where it's available near you!
So I had to fly back with DF via southwest. If we get A40 or under I will get in line like everybody else but even when I checked in exactly 24 hours in advance I ended up with B24. Because I'm deaf, I pretty much played the deaf card to get a preboard pass. It's already so hard to get DDs carseat down the aisle especially when there are people in the seats already. Sorry but not sorry.
I'm telling DH I'm not feeling well so I can soak in the tub and catch up on TV shows all night while he watches the kids.
I feel fine. He's been out of town since Tuesday, I've earned a night off.

I’m a modern man, a man for the millennium. Digital and smoke free. A diversified multi-cultural, post-modern deconstruction that is anatomically and ecologically incorrect. I’ve been up linked and downloaded, I’ve been inputted and outsourced, I know the upside of downsizing, I know the downside of upgrading. I’m a high-tech low-life. A cutting edge, state-of-the-art bi-coastal multi-tasker and I can give you a gigabyte in a nanosecond! I’m new wave, but I’m old school and my inner child is outward bound. I’m a hot-wired, heat seeking, warm-hearted cool customer, voice activated and bio-degradable. I interface with my database, my database is in cyberspace, so I’m interactive, I’m hyperactive and from time to time I’m radioactive.
When I was pregnant with DD I craved all the sugar things. Then I had GD. This time, sugar makes me feel awful. I told my Obgyn and now she's making me take an early glucose test. I purposely scheduled it after Thanksgiving so I can enjoy the holiday in ignorance.
@NotAPlaya-JustCrushAlot they do but I didn't want to take a chance since most people sit near the front. I ended up in the 4th row with the preboard. I do wait for most people to get off so we dont get in their way with the unloading of the carseat etc.

No flames here. Last time I flew SW, DD wasn't 2 yet so we didn't have a ticket for her. I took window, DH took aisle, and we put her in the middle. Everyone thought the middle seat was hers or didn't want to sit that close to a toddler. So we got to keep the middle seat.
I'm out of town at a conference and I have a cold. So I'm skipping a lot of the conference and sitting in my hotel room to relax. It's actually really nice!
@pshaortao Doesn't Southwest have family pre-boarding between A & B?
Yepp I was going to say the same thing. I always fly with my girls alone and never have a problem getting a whole row middle-front with family boarding! But if I had an a legitimate reason to get a pre-board I think I might use it too @pshaortao !
I love love love Southwest and would pay more per ticket just to fly them! *knock on wood* They've never lost my bags, they have family boarding, free snacks, free TV, and their flight attendants are amazing! And I think their free checked bags totally cuts down on the long/stressful/drama of boarding because people aren't trying to stuff as many carry-ons as possible into the overhead!

Ooh, I can play with today's theme. I think I'm one of the only people alive that despises traveling on Southwest. I absolutely HATE the boarding process and not having assigned seats. I'm all for the freebies and nice flight attendants, but the cattle call boarding pens makes me stabby. (Which I guess is more of an UO than a FFFC...haha)
I've had cold lunch meats at least once a week, and the occasional feta cheese because feta cheese! Zero guilt. DH wasn't as amused when he remembered doc told me not to eat that. Although, they only specified salami (like I'm giving that up haha) and cheeses.
uhhhh....@pshaortao, it won't link!, I sooooo have a recipe for raw edible cookie dough...you know...if you can't find it in the stores
@pshaortao Target sells a raw edible cookie dough and it's amazing! I can't remember the brand right now but it's a clear tub with a black lid, it's located right next to the regular raw cookie dough.
I bought some and may have shot daggers at my FIL because he ate some while watching DD. That was of course after I yelled at MH for eating it.
Today was my school's thanksgiving lunch- I may have eaten my weight in Mac and Cheese.
Also, a few parents took the day off of work and didn't take their kids home after the lunch when there was only two hours left in the school day. The parents admitted they were just going to hang out at home and let their kids nap at school. This was as their child was having a massive meltdown (and didn't sleep). I felt so bad for the teachers and I judged the "lazy" parents.
Woke up this morning to find that the cat had thrown up in the living room. I placed a paper towel over it and waited for DH to wake up later that afternoon (he works nights) and had him clean it up. I haven't had any nausea for over a week. I just didn't feel like dealing with it.
Jealous us of those that have been eating cold cuts. The last time I had one I got really sick. Was enough for me to swear them off for a while.
Daughter is severely allergic to eggs. So I've got a few tricks if you can't find the egg free cookie dough in the store! Any recipe that DOESN'T have something weird going on with the eggs before you put them in (separating the white/yolk, beating to make meringue or whatever) replace 1 egg with 1/4 cup yogurt 1/3cup applesauce 1/2purred banana 1/3cup pumpkin or 1/2cup buttermilk (but reduce other liquids slightly)
there are some other weird ones with stuff like flaxseed, but I don't have that one on hand because we never have tried it! We use yogurt the most often- plain or vanilla, Greek or regular. They all work well. If you actually want to bake some of the cookies, double whatever the rising agent is.
Who knew having severe allergies in the family would come in so handy?
I was walking behind a guy on the sidewalk and noticed he dropped something--turned out to be a package of Cialis. I had plenty of time to tell him (we were stopped at a crosswalk together right after that) and could have just said "I think you dropped something" without acknowledging what it was, but I didn't. Because awkward. Hope I didn't ruin his evening...
I've had chick fil a lemonade three times this week. I did start drinking the regular lemonade instead of the diet, because apparently I draw the line at artificial sweeteners...(?)
I also have had two subway tuna salad sandwiches this week. Which are questionable at best.
Maybe my summary FFFC is that I've been a terrible housewife and we have eaten exactly one home cooked meal this week...
@ShadeofGreen816 Hilarious! I used to drink the diet, switched to regular when I got pregnant (bc duh calories don't count?), then decided last week I should do diet so I don't gain too much weight.
So all this deli meat talk has me thinking. Can I not eat the summer sausage I bought and have been SO looking forward to?
Eh, I'm a believer if the place you bought it from isn't a shack on the side of the road your probably good to eat it.
I guess my FFFC is that it annoys me people don't eat deli meat because of the listeria scare but you can get listeria from fruits and vegetables too and that doesn't stop people from eating them... Let's not forget the random cases of Blue Bell Ice Cream in the last year... so would that make you stop eating ALL the ice cream?

My doctor actually told me that deli meat is ok, and the recommend to avoid it isn't current anymore. I still avoid it or heat it to steaming then let it cool before I eat it.

This! I HATE SW. I've always had horrible customer service. My dad is retired AA now...so I fly them for practically free. Oddly enough, I don't fly very often haha
@gingerengr, bfp bothers you but preggo doesn't? :P. I'm the opposite. I Hate words like preggo, preggly and preggers but bfn and bfp don't bother me at all.
@Luckyu317 lol, I think I'm just so used to hearing preggo. BFP is annoying, but I really can't stand the DH, DD, etc. I mean, who actually says "dearest husband" in real life?? Everything else is more meh I guess
I hate almost all of the Carter's layette sets. I can't stand how so much of their sets incoperate some object or animal on the butt. It's tacky. Although, I do have to admit they have really taken it down a few levels from when DS was a baby. I literally had dozens of them gifted and it was so hard to pair them because it drove me crazy when the animals didn't match.

I hate it too and will frequently just put H. Or it can also mean damned husband. Haha
