Can we do a post on WFD? I've been feeling so unmotivated to make dinner lately that I need inspiration. What's for dinner tonight?

And what's for dinner in my house? I had a sandwich, but I was kind enough to thaw chicken for my husband
Today with my sick kiddos, we had toast.
Earlier this week, though, we did a Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo and a Quinoa Enchilada Bake.

BFP!! 8/29/16 --> EDD: 5/11/17....it's a GIRL!!!
I've done hello fresh for a total of 3 weeks. Two of them were done a month ago in spite of the fatigue but I was such in a rut with meals so it was a nice way to change things up! Their meals are a bit more simple and they have always turned out yummy, however more on the mild side of flavors. I still start the prep sooner than the recipe say. Actually I think I have a code for a free box if you'd like to try them. Just PM me for the code
I'll report back on Plated once I get to do the other 2 meals!

So this has basically been a conflicting review with pros and cons for those who are interested!

Tonight we are going to attempt stuffed peppers. They are my favorite I hope I can eat them.

You ladies always succeed in making me hungry. I've really been craving some tacos lately, so that sounds like the plan. I'll make myself some rice and beans, too. That way I'll have food for lunch tomorrow as well!

I planned on making creamed potatoes and weenies this week, but the potatoes started sprouting their little things. (That means they are bad right?) I've actually never cut one open to look at it, but those little sprout things always freak me out...
