  I'm so sorry for your loss.  I've been following your Post for the past few days.  I know exactly how you feel.  The exact day I had my MC my sister sent me my pregnancy announcement pic that she made.  It was the worst feeling.  I hope that you are able to pass everything soon with no intervention needed.  Hoping to see you on a future BMB and good luck!
