R/R: had a slight temp drop past two days. no impending sign of AF but I just have a feeling she's coming. On the plus side this is the longest LP I've had they are usually only 11 days. Just wish AF can come so me and DH can work on BDing for next cycle!

@DungeonTrollMel So slow!! I think 8dpo+ is the slowest time. Every month.

Now, as @lulu1180 said, please remove. I suggest posting this on the grad board and lurking a lot more in you BMB than you did here. Lots of not great TTC days happening (I'm one of those lucky ladies today) and your post is not helpful.

@beckij34 if you don't know that the etiquette is to not post a bfp in the TWW thread then I think it's safe from to say that you have not participated enough here to post to the grad thread. Your initial post is also more of a dear diary then a TWW post. Good luck to you and move onto your bmb.
R/R: I am tired of students complaining about my intimidating face. I am listening to them and taking their thoughts seriously. I am so over this.
CS/Q: No.
GTKY: Who was your favorite family member growing up and why? My dad was always really silly and had so much energy. I now know that it was because he was addicted to cocaine. So... I am going to have to go with my mom. She was stable, supportive, and loving (and not an addict).
well...i'm out this month . Doc confirmed BFN and AF should be here by friday....just in time for the weekend...good luck to everyone still waiting! Hopefully I'm back in a couple of weeks!!!
@jacksonbears Sorry about your BFN. You don't have to leave the board! Unless of course you want to. Feel free to join us in WTO, I find it really helps me pass the time with all this waiting that we do TTC.
Man, you ladies are quick; 2 pages already. It's nice to see so many of us in the TWW though!
@NYTino24 I'm so happy to hear that your sister's surgery went well; I bet she'll really enjoy having you around this weekend. @jacksonbears Sorry to hear about CD1
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: 28/7
Timing: -3,-1,O,+1

R/R: My temp went down some more this morning (still above coverline though), which is so weird. Any other time I'd be expecting AF but I don't feel the usual symptoms I get beforehand. Then again, nothing about this cycle has been my "normal" so far so maybe it's a new surprise! So DH is turning 30 right before Halloween and I want to make it awesome. He is a huge James Bond fan, so I'm thinking I'll throw him a surprise Bond-theme party (he's never had a surprise party before). Thank God for Pinterest because I'm about the most unimaginative person ever but there seems to be really neat (and do-able) ideas out there. I'm planning on roping his family into helping too since they like parties.
CS/Q: Nah
GTKY: Who was your favorite family member growing up and why? Hmmmm....I was really attached to my younger brother and sister growing up because they were like "my babies": anytime my mom needed to do something, I would get asked to babysit. I was 9 when my brother was born and 13 when my sister was so I got a lot of quality time with them both. I remember hours of walking back and forth, holding my brother, just to keep him calm one night when he was being particularly testy. I still get along with both of them really well and enjoy seeing them.
Sorry for all the BFNs and AF showing up today. @callaLily25 I'm sorry to hear about your mom. (creepy internet hugs)
@meg2704 I always test way too early. I can't stop peeing on sticks around 10 DPO. So in my opinion 12DPO is still early but you never know. I got a faint positive on 9DPO with my son.
Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for all of the kind words and internet hugs about my mom! I really appreciate it. Things have been a little crazy today, so I don't know if I'll be able to respond to everyone individually. But it is very much appreciated
Testing: next Friday probably, if I get there. AF will be two days late at that point *fingers crossed*
R/R: This is my first cycle doing temps with the charts and it turns out I was off in my timing by two days with just the charts. So I guess temp does make a huge difference. Also - I think I'm losing it; I notice every little twinge in my abdomen and think it means something. I've been achy the last couple days; I'm probably just getting sick. There's something going around the office.
CS/Q: My temp was going up the past few days but it was down a few tenths this morning. Could it be because I took a sip of water first? Would that really throw it off? My mouth was really dry and I didn't even think about it.....
GTKY: Who was your favorite family member growing up and why? My grandfather (on my mom's side). We shared a lot of interests and he was always really supportive of my goals. We would watch Jeopardy together and quiz each other on historical trivia. He died my last year of undergrad (like 10.5 years ago now) and I've never really gotten over it.
@verde1984 Drinking before taking your temp orally really can make a big difference, especially if the drink is a cold one. Hell, even sleeping with your mouth open only half the time can make the temp seem like it shifted much more than it actually has (that's why I had to switch to temping vaginally). Try to keep in mind to do NOTHING before taking your temp in the mornings and I bet you'll see your temps level out. Good luck!
R/R: this is my last cycle before 3-4 months of TTA, and it's a weird feeling. plus the 6 months "milestone." almost like I don't care, like it is what it is. it's been an odd phenomena not temping, having to check a specific signs box ("worked nights") to even keep the day registered in FF. we'll see. just so meh lately.
CS/Q: nothing to see!
GTKY: Who was your favorite family member growing up and why? i was blessed to grow up with both grandmas around. hard to say who was more of my favorite (dads mom vs moms mom) but they were both just wonderful and so fun. one is still around and doing wonderfully. she has a pillow which says "grannies are just antique little girls" which pretty much summarizes her to a T.

Back for comments!!! I made it to the aquafit class and it was pretty fun and good! I think I'll go again on Friday. My low back and hips are killing me but felt pretty good in the water
@PolarBear517 what's a tracker? I use kindara as a secondary chart where I use bbt adjuster for my temps that aren't taken at the right time lol It also lets me track certain symptoms for free without getting a VIP membership (can't bring myself to do it yet!). But if you have an iPhone, the new update uses data from certain apps to sync to your health app....unfortunately FF and kindara aren't ones it uses but there are a few, if you're into that lol
@laurad75 that sucks you missed your surge and IUI
@mrlight awww that convo you had with your H is sweet. There's a part of me that is worried DH will be cocky if his SA comes back perfect...I definitely don't want anything to be wrong with his SA but also feel like it puts the "blame" on me and still want him to quit smoking/be healthier. Trying not to think like that tho
@meg2704 I'd say that's a good testing plan. 12dpo is pretty decent. If you google there's a chart that tells you the % likeliness of turning a test at different dpo if you are, in fact, KU
@sevenn yes! I love having someone on the same day as me, because then as I get closer to BSC, I know that person probably is too. FX for both of us!!! I hope you don't have to TTA, that would stink. I'm going to see my SIL (bad person here - dont really care...she and I don't have anything in common...) at the end of the month and her 3 month old, and even though I wouldn't say anything it'd feel so good to know we are on our way to a LO too.
@KhRun17 - thx! We will see if TTA actually happens when it comes down to it... It should (work issues) but won't be easy. It would be wonderful to be KU when you see your SIL. I was really sad the other day at work... Lots of staff are pregnant and one was joking that we shouldn't drink the water here. I wish it was that easy
