Ok ladies... we got a heartbeat!!! 120bpm! We cried, couldn't believe it and I'm still in disbelief. It made every needle, every med, every painful feeling so worth it. I know for a fact that if I can get here, so can all of you. With all my problems with 1ovary, which is DOR, low AMH with scar tissue and ovulating a week early... you ladies got this!!!

I'm just so confused right now!! I haven't been feeling week with a sore throat all week and finally gave in to go to the dr today as i know i can't take anything as I'm hoping i'm pregnant right, so i suffer more. he tells me to drink lots of fluid and rest and tried to ride it out...fine! And now i got to the bathroom and I have brown spotting, WTH is that all about. I literally had my IUI 9 days ago, would I love to think its IB sure, but it looks like the regular spotting now that I get before AF comes. I just don't understand it. On day 9 of stemming I only had the one good follie so i triggered later that night so how on earth could i have ov earlier then that...I'm just beyond. My tummy has been bothering me all day and in my head i just thought it was too many blueberries as its too damn early for AF to be here. Its friday, no where near wed. I'm just at a loss and feeling so down. My blood work showed I didn't ov, so I'm just confused. and angry that I wasted my OH best sample, should've frozen it and kept it for IVF. not very happy right now and i guess i will just have to see what tomorrow brings...

well tomorrow came and AF came full force, the cramping has really been unbearable as always, how i'm 5days early is beyond me!! I'm just sad thought with such a good sample i had a fighting chance...was it just a bad egg, i just don't get what the problem is

I would say I would be going in for US and BW tomorrow but I'm going to go with everyone recommendation and take a cycle off as much as it kills me to do. I've been doing some type of drug cycle since march and these last 2 cycles of IVF have been crap...so i guess i should give my ovaries a break. Not really sure what I'm doing next. I really am not looking forward to my follow up with my RE. just not a happy camper and don't really want to start with a new dr. Oh and to top it off come next week i'll probably be unemployed, so my month just keeps getting better.

@Hopeful_mom I'm so sorry to hear about everything. I hope you use this month off to relax and enjoy it with the people you love. Maybe it'll put you in a better state of mind for next round. As for being unemployed possibly, I'm so sorry.

At my appointment on Saturday they saw one lead follicle and 3 that were lagging behind. My RE mentioned the possibility of having only one follicle at retrieval. He was against me converting it to an IUI so we continued the stims and I had another follow-up this morning. I have 3 follicles all around 21-22 mm and triggering tonight. I am really hoping there is a 4th hidden in there, especially since I know it's possible all 3 don't contain eggs.

I'm just so frustrated that I had a great baseline for me and I am ending up with even less follicles than my last IVF cycle. I wish they tried a different protocol this time but it was the same as the last, just a minor change in doses.

@Stars2016 Have you ever thought of taking a month off? I did that and when on this healthy cleanse and had 6 follicles and that is only on one ovary. Just a thought. Sorry things aren't the way they should be. Sending you hugs!

@LSatturo126 Thanks! I took a month break after my first failed IVF in August. I really thought it worked well because I had 11 antral follicles when I normally only have 6-8. However, most of them did not respond to the stims and I was on the max dose of gonal f and menopur. If this round is unsuccessful I will try a healthy cleanse and hopefully that will help do the trick.

@stars2016 ugh I feel your frustration!! Were u doing 300gonalfand 4 powders of menupar? I think that's the max and I was on that as well AND had a worse response with the higher dose which is even more annoying!!
im quite hopeful for you! Sounds like you still have some promising follies and it's quality over quantity. Good luck with ER! Looking forward to your update!! What time of cleanse will you do, just looking for tips and hoping u won't need to!!

since AF did start I am taking a break just at a loss. I'm getting nervous that another full cycle won't give me the amount I'm looking for.

@hopeful_mom Not sure what type of cleanse I would do, I have a friend that does them a lot so I might ask her for a recommendation.

I had my retrieval yesterday and at first was excited because they did find a 4th one hiding. I asked the embryologist how they looked and she said all 4 looked mature but she couldn't be sure at the time. It turned out only 3 were mature and those 3 did fertilize. We had the exact same situation last time. I'm just hoping all 3 make it to the blasts stage and at least one or more are PGS tested normal!

I had my follow up yesterday with my RE and I had her do a check up to make sure I was looking good to do a natural cycle. So I have a big ol follie on my left at 19, so she took some blood to see if I'm going to ov and see whats doing. How cooky is that. My body did this in March where my body didn't kno what it wanted to do. She actually asked me to go for a second opinion since I still have so many questions

i still feel like I would want to try and do a full ivf cycle again and IF that didn't work to then to a mini ivf. I just feel like I've never gotten to the ER part and would like to think once I do my eggs would be ok and normal!!! Please G-d I pray all the time!! It sounds like I might have another AF sooner then expected, I guess we shall see.

What confuses me is that mini IVF they usually get from 1/3 eggs, so i guess my next question will be if i'm not responding to meds can you switch during the cycle from one to another. This process is tough enough, why must this extra obstacles get in the way.

@Kp214 I'm not sure... I was given my last update on my embryos yesterday and was told I wouldn't hear anything else until day 6 which will be Tuesday. At that point if any blasts made it, I'm assuming that's when they will send them off for testing and let me know how long. At my baseline ultrasound I was told in all this whole process would be almost 8 weeks until the transfer.

Thanks @Hopeful_mom and @Hoping4Success- 2 of the 3 were able to be biopsied and sent for testing. I'm praying that both come back normal, but at this point would be happy with even 1. I should hear in 7-10 days.

So ive been pretty quiet i finally got my protocol for fet i go in 10-21 for a hsg/shg if all is good i wont need to do a hystroscopy if not i will have to one week of the 24th. So this is all the meds i will be taking:

Bcp
Lupron
Vivelle dot
Estrace tablets
Estrace vaginal cream
Pio
Progesterone cream
Prednisone

I have my calander and boy its 7 pgs let the fun begin again my re also has me in vitamins as follow:
Aspirin 81 mg
Coq10 400mg
Folgard
L-argenine1000
Vitamin e 800mg
And prenatal with dha

My fet is scheduled november 16 aaa soo excited

Longtime lurker here. Diagnosed with DOR this past June and we have MFI as well so proposed treatment is IVF with ICSI. My AMH was .328 - I have been following all of your stories for the past few months and it has given me so much hope! We can't start IVF process until January when my insurance changes so I would like to use this time to get healthy and to try to improve my egg quality as much as possible. Did any of you take supplements prior? I am already taking vitamin D And COQ10. I think it was @LSatturo126 that did a cleanse before ER? Can you share what type of cleanse you did? I am trying to remove dairy and gluten from my diet but it is so difficult. Worth it, but difficult! Thank you all for your input! I know I will have a lot more questions as we move forward but any advice would be appreciated

When i first got low amh disgnosis i though it was the end it was like a death sentence but i didnt give up i keep going for my dream im not a success story yet but hopefully come november i will be my amh is .39 so very similar to yours i took all kinds of supplements if you want to message me i can share all with you

@rachlee2010 I am doing great! Minus the constant all day nausea lol. I'll be 9 weeks on Thursday. I'll have my first OBGYN appt. I graduated from RE on Friday. Baby is healthy looking good and has a hr of 171! Thanks for asking! How about you?

@Marley629 I'm sorry you find yourself here but don't be upset nor scared. You'll do great! If I can do it with the five huge problems and got a bfp, then the low AMH is nothing lol. Well I just ate really healthy, lost 17lbs in a month. I did take coq10, vitamin D and DHEA which you should take too (3x25mg per day), plus prenatal. Drank only water basically and did acupuncture along with massages. Hope that helps and best of luck!!

@Marley629 I'm sorry you find yourself but this is great thread to lurk on and gather info from for sure! Its scary and it six straight up. Nice you have insurance that can help with coverage for IVF. Try not to make yourself crazy about a cleanse and just try to eat healthy as best you can. I've been making myself crazy and after a few rounds of meds have put on weight instead of losing. Try to relax tai supplements and get your mind and body ready for this journey. Everyone always tells me that once you see your baby you forget all this torture u had to go through to get it. good luck!

I've had awhile to process the low AMH dx and was in denial for quite some time but am glad that we are finally able to be in a position to do something about it. Hi Ladies... things have gotten really busy around here... because the twins are home!! Yay! It's exhausting but it doesn't even matter. After over two long months in the NICU, we are so happy to be a family of four at home. No more tubes, no more alarms, no more oxygen.. They are healthy, growing, and doing so well at home. They started out at just 2 pounds at birth and are now 6 and 7 pounds. They are so amazing. ❤️ Thanks for all of the support, wishes and positive thoughts along the way. I am thinking of you all and hoping for positive journeys and positive tests.

@Marley629 welcome! I took prenatal vitamins with DHEA, coq10, 4000 Vitamin D (that's a lot but my vitamin D was super low). My AMH was 0.69 when we first started this journey in March, so I'm not sure if it has much improved. BUT I can tell you that we did our transfer for IVF on 10/14 and the embryologist said I had two strong and beautiful embryos! we had the option to transfer one and freeze the other, but I wanted to do both.
