I can drink milk again!!! I'm not really lactose intolerant because I can eat like yogurt/cheese fine but for some reason for the last few years I've gotten sick after drinking milk or having it on cereal. Well every few months I decide to push it b/c I miss milk and cereal and then I get sick and don't do it again for another few months. This week I've had it with breakfast all 4 days so far and been fine!!

And if anyone is extra cautious and concerned about apple cider being pasteurized of not, pour that goodness in a mug, heat it up, and swirl some caramel in it! Who doesn't love some warm caramel apple cider?
@Patience7150We use 1.5 lbs red potatoes, instead of just 1 lb. We also use a thick cut applewood bacon (as opposed to just regular bacon), I feel like it gives it a little more flavor.
