Still basically no more bleeding (just a bit of brown spotting which is different IMO than the bright red) but it just feels WRONG in there. What it feels like is I'm in the last few weeks of pregnancy and the baby dropped. Except that I don't have a giant belly. Like I can feel this weight and it's uncomfortable, even though more bleeding isn't happening. So my best guess is that everything has broken down but gotten clogged up behind the cervix or something. Maybe I'll have a huge gush and pass clots, or maybe they'll have to do a D&C, which sounds horrible. I'd rather pass this on my own. My regular pregnancy symptoms have also become nil since early yesterday or maybe even late Saturday.
@kat81 I was just told that I have a SCH I bled heavily for a full day, soaking a pad an hour, the next day was nothing besides some brown spotting. But I have felt that heaviness you describe, I have my FX so hard for you that it's a false alarm

And best wishes to you, too! I just read about this because I am hanging on to some hope. But as much as a SCH is better than a miscarriage, it is no walk in the park either. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.
Update for anyone who is following -- first blood test results are normal for where I should be, but I know more than ever that this is over. I know the range is really big. I just don't have my pregnancy symptoms anymore. Luckily they are putting in for an ultrasound (they said the levels are high enough I should have a heartbeat if this pregnancy is a go). So I'm hoping that the place will actually be able to get me in tomorrow morning (or tonight if DH can skip his evening event and watch the kids??) but if not, I'll get another blood test tomorrow to see if the levels are rising or falling.
Thanks for updating us! I have been thinking of you. It's great they're trying to squeeze you in. While you may feel pretty sure it's over, it's still nice to get a confirmation of what's going on. It's not over until it's over. Hugs.
I was wondering if they'd be able to do an ultrasound soon. I know you aren't feeling very optimistic about this, but I'm still pulling for you and hoping baby is doing fine in there. Good luck tomorrow and lots of hugs.

Thanks for the update, you've been in my thoughts. Good luck tomorrow! The waiting game is so hard and I know it's easier sometimes to not be optimistic in order to staunch the disappointment a little, so we will be optimistic for you. Hugs.

First... I pray that you do not have to make this decision! Fingers crossed for a positive US!!
If you do have to make this decision, I personally have had 2 D&C's they aren't that bad. I found the natural passing was worse. I pray you don't need to but, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I'm so sorry you went through this several times in the past! I honestly feel bad for complaining about my possible (not even confirmed yet!) miscarriage when so many women have had it so much worse; my only two other pregnancies went to term and I've always conceived within a reasonable time frame of trying. Thank you for assuaging my fears of a D&C. And I should really at least wait until tomorrow to be thinking about this anyway.
I deeply appreciate everyone's support during this waiting period.
