We had our first US yesterday. It was magical. Hubby never gets emotional, but he started tearing when we saw our wee one move about. Strong heartbeat of 179! We are in love.
I had to go to my laptop just to post this. The app kept crashing on me. This was last Wednesday, the 7 week u/s. Baby's doing really well! Next one will be at 19 weeks and much fancier than the portable machine, which was totally enough for hubby and I too be incredibly excited.
Very first appointment today at 8w2d - bit of a relief. Baby's right where s/he's supposed to be, measuring on track and with a heartbeat around 160. DH is now convinced that my symptoms are not psychosomatic and I wasn't just making up a big excuse to nap!
Hopefully the picture isn't huge!had my appt today! I'm 8wks 2days, and measuring just about the same. Keeping my EDD for now. Couldn't measure the HB because the little guy (or girl) was squirming! So cool to see the heart flicker though. But no more appts until 20wks. Ugh!
I was having some spotting due to a SCH, so I requested an ultrasound yesterday for reassurance. Our baby was extremely mobile which was so exciting to see. Measuring 10w2d, heart rate 167.
@thecavfamily, your US made me cry. I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and I just loved looking at this and realizing that's what my little nugget is starting to look like. I don't have an US until 20 weeks. This hit me today. Thank you for sharing.
I don't have an ultrasound until 20 weeks either, so I'm also living vicariously through everyone else's US pics Hopefully we will hear baby on Monday.
I just found out I was PG last Tuesday. I'm 10 weeks 3 days and I had no idea. Baby looks great. We are in shock as this is our 7th. How did I miss this.
@keybird79 Wow! Just finding out at 9 weeks, and 7th kid! Congrats!! Sounds like you've got your hands full! I would love to have a big family, but I think DH may be stopping us at 4.
Today we heard a strong heartbeat and found this little guy :) all healthy looking for now, at 8w1d. So happy. Hope all of you have happy healthy pregnancies and conratulations to everyone!!!!

Went into yesterday's appt thinking the bean was 9 weeks (based on LMP), surprised to find out he/she is actually 10 weeks (based on size)! Due date adjusted to April 6th!
I had my dating ultrasound this morning and all looks good. Baby had a heart rate of 177 and was measuring 8 weeks 1 day so they are using my period for my due date now. Sorry Sunday ticker change ladies, I'm now a Monday ticker change. I also gained a full week which is fun. Due date is April 17th instead of the 23rd now. The more I look at the ultrasound, it looks like baby is smiling. ☺️
My doc asked me to update her with any changes because of my history, so since my nausea and boob tenderness has been gone for about six days, I called and they asked me to come in. I was so freaked out. But baby looks great! I saw baby move its head! Ahhh! (TW--this is the point at which I lost my first baby, so seeing a moving, living baby made me feel hope for the first time.).
Heartbeat is in the 160s but I forget what she said. I was too relieved and staring at the stubby arms and legs. Also, they called me in too fast for hubby to join me and I feel so, so bad he missed out. Ugh.
Had ultrasound and saw our little gummy bear for the first time on friday the 9th. Baby measured a little over 9 weeks. Heart rate was 174. Due date is april 14!
I just had an ultrasound today. I think my Dr allowed it to be nice (PGAL and my practice doesn't normally do ultrasounds until the anatomy scan.) I was so relieved to see a squirmy baby and a fluttering heart beat of 170. Ultrasound tech said everything looks good and I am measuring 8 weeks 6 days. Which is right where I expected.
Based on LMP I should be 9w today but baby was measuring 7+1. Heartbeat 138. Everything seems totally fine right now, hoping to see two weeks worth of growth when I have my next ultrasound in 2 weeks! I'm breastfeeding and had irregular periods since the last baby so it makes sense if I am two weeks behind. This would put me in May!
Love seeing all those ultrasounds! So sorry I've been MIA for so long. I've been horribly sick for over a week with the most painful sinus/ear infection ever. It was down in my jaw and my whole head was going to explode. Ended up in the ER, then started violently throwing up my meds. Things are finally better now. But on my last ultrasound they also discovered a hemorrhage by the placenta so that was an additional scare. So here is the first ultrasound to check on the baby, I'll have another one to make sure the bleeding isn't getting bigger. Anyway, didn't mean to make this all about me, just wanted to let you know what was up...
The baby is doing well so far and that's the most important thing. here is the nugget, that's according to this 4 days ahead. I'm still keeping my EDD of 4/3 for now.
Here's our 11wk0d U/S - I went in actually fearing the worst because of some concerning spotting I had the week prior but lo and behold, they were moving and kicking around and were measuring at 11wk3d and 11wk4d with strong heart beats.
Saw my little beanie yesterday. Went from 10 weeks to 9 weeks and 5 days, so not too far off! It was pretty cute to see it flailing its little nubbins/arms/legs. Can't tell it's an actual baby from the pictures, but hehe at it's pint-sized arms and legs

These ultrasound pics have my jaw dropped. We never had one with DD...it's just so crazy to me that our little April babies look like...babies! Going to go "not cry" on my couch now....

Here is an Ultrasound picture of our little one. 10 weeks 1 day at the appointment which was last Thursday on the 22nd. Heartbeat was 174! It's a little hard to see but it's a side photo of baby with the head on the right, face up, body to the left. It was moving it's arms on the ultrasound! It was so awesome. It's hand is in front of the face in this picture.
This was from almost 2 weeks ago now. We have been meaning to scan the ultrasound pictures, but our scanner is in storage and it just isn't happening right now. So, here is a crappy picture of a picture. This was at 9w3d, for our super quick dating ultrasound. We have the 12 week NT scan next week so there will be more.
