    @JennyV56, bless your heart. Emotions like that are the last thing that anyone needs. Here's hoping this month goes so much more smoothly for you. Have you tried light exercise? I always find that helps me regulate my emotions SO MUCH. It's nice to always have somewhere to go after work...it really keeps your mind off of stress.

    @BusinessWife I'm glad I'm not alone in that! Even in my best days I wake up pretty dry sometimes and the good stuff doesn't show up until later!
