Still hasn't 'really' hit but today I scheduled my last MFM appointment and while we were there my dd said her baby is coming in 40 days. We all laughed but then I was like um it's completely feasible that we'd have the baby in 40 days. Dh and I stopped laughing!
Got put on restricted activity today because I'm dilated. Had my daughter at 36 weeks so supposed to "relax" for two weeks so I can hit that point. Sinking in I'm most likely not making it to October!
-I put baby's jackets and snow suits in our closet with the rest of our family's. -Put the basinette together. -Put the swing out in the living room so the kids can learn they have to leave it alone before there is actually a tiny human in it. -Baby's hospital bag is 100% packed and in my closet. My bag is as packed as it can get until I have to go. -Bought every little random thing I could think of. Things like vitamin D drops for baby, vitamins for me, Advil, stool softners, has drops for baby, baby Tylenol etc.
I feel like I've been nesting so bad the last 3 days that baby might be coming sooner rather than later. Even my husband mentioned it to me, cause our house is always clean, but not this clean and everyday.

Just got a positive result from my fetal fibronectin test which means, according to some studies, that I have a 30% chance of having this baby in the next two weeks. I guess I better pack my hospital bag.
That's crazy! We had our infant care class this morning and I can't tell if I feel more prepared or more terrified. The woman was extremely knowledgeable, but I think I just learned more than I thought I would during the class. The cool part was she had a lot of baby wearing gear and demonstrated each one. It was nice to see someone actually put on the Moby and Baby K'Tan as we have both of those.
I just ordered my first Pumpkin Spice Iced Cap from Tim Hortons. Fall is almost here!
Also, baby is definitely dropping. His head used to be on my right, directly below my ribs, and he was laying horizontally. So all movement I felt was along the top of my bump, way above my belly button. He's been like that since about 23 weeks. Now I can't feel his head anymore and there's been some movement more towards the middle the last few days. But last night, all movement I felt was waaaaay down low in my pelvis.
Just got home from my NST and growth scan. Baby is on track, measuring 6 lbs 10 oz, and has a huge noggin... already over 9 cm. Yikes. Because of the GD, the latest he will be here (as of now) is 39 weeks, 9/29. Tomorrow I can say "I'M HAVING A BABY THIS MONTH!"
@Julia70286 that is so exciting!! I love the 6 pounder. As much as I wish I could get both girls to that size, my belly feels at max capacity working on 9lb of baby. Our date if they aren't here yet is 9/24. It's SO CLOSE! ❤️
@sjo_thetwins seriously. SO CLOSE! FX to keeping these babies, especially your lil ladies, cooking. I'm amazed sometimes that these babies can just keep getting bigger with their cramped quarters!
welp! Sh!t just got really real over here. My amniotic fluid is a little low and my MFM is sending me to the hospital tomorrow for a BPP and NST, and if the fluid is lower, I'll have a baby tomorrow. If not then it's a wait and see game, but it's feeling really soon now. I guess I need to pack my hospital bag now.

Basinette is in our room, we re arranged stuff to make it work, and my cervix is stinging like crazy which for me means early dilation. I would be surprised if I made it another month with the contractions and stinging cervix I've been having. I'm trying to not read too much into it, but the last week I've had an insane amount of energy bursts (literally just finished cleaning my entire house of 3500 square feet from top to bottom) hopefully LO waits a couple more weeks but I've been feeling quite "off" lately. I just don't know how to completely describe it, but I never was like this with my two girls before this.

Thanks @mrszoess and @ibabyloveb87. I was hoping she would stay put a little longer, but I trust my MFM fully. He said this would be a reason to deliver at 35 weeks. I'm hoping my fluid is okay and we can wait another week, but if not that's okay too. I really need to decide on a pediatrician now too.

Good luck, @mkc3888! Sounds like you have a good outlook about it- whatever keeps the baby safe, whether it's inside or outside! Glad you have a good doc.
Good luck @mkc3888!!! Fingers crossed to keep that baby in there a little longer!
So yesterday, as I mentioned, the doc at the NST said they'll induce by the 29th if I haven't gone into labor first... well... today my doctor said my amniotic fluid is a little low, my cervix is short and soft, and she'll be surprised if I go another 2 weeks. JUST KEEP COOKING UNTIL TUESDAY AT LEAST SO I CAN ENJOY MY SHOWER, BABY!
Now, excuse me while I go deep clean my entire house in preparation... I'd hate nothing more than to come home to a messy home after having a baby.
