Updizzle: After a 2.5 hour wait with an angsty 12-month-old the verdict is "From what you describe, I don't feel like I need to check you, but call me if it gets worse."
Now I feel dumb because OF COURSE it stopped as soon as I was in the exam room =/
@AllyTheKid I hate that! It's also annoying that they say, "OMG TOTALLY COME IN IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE FEELING THESE THINGS *list of stuff*" You call the nurse line, the nurse line says, "OMG GO TO HOSPITAL." Then, when you get there, all the nurses kind of blow you off and the doctor says, "EH...MEH......go back home." They act like you're crazy/dumb for coming in.
ETA: All this to say I'm glad you're not posting a birth announcement right now.
@AllyTheKid I second what @SpaceBurger said. I rather you feel like an idiot than posting a birth announcement right now. And seriously do doctors needs to make us feel dumb?! They tell us to trust our instincts then they make us feel dumb for doing it - I think they get off on it
Thank you ladies! I'm glad that's all it came down to honestly, but I still have this lingering anxiety that I can't quite shake. I hope I'm just being neurotic!
And ugh I totally get the anxiety thing. I think this entire pregnancy has just totally elevated my tendency toward being anxious. Anyway- hope you can relax the rest of the day!
My feet are screaming bloody murder by the end of the day lately. I washed up a pair of my flip flops cause I have all tile and hardwood floors and I don't think they made any difference. It makes it hard to want to go hard and get stuff done when it hurts your feet.

I've been feeling pretty good up until about 2 days ago. My back hurts constantly, my feet are swollen by the end of the day, and I've started sleeping TERRIBLY. Ugh. The heartburn is also as severe as ever.
My sisters want us to go to a big fair this weekend but we'll probably have to skip it as I'm so uncomfortable all the time now.
