For those with head down babies what types of movements are you feeling in your lower belly and pelvis area? My second baby was breech and I can't remember from when I had my first.
Edit- clarity
This depends on how you define "lower belly". I'll define it as "everything below the top of my pelvis bones". Way low, just above the pubic bone I feel very little except for some pressure. When he was butt down I felt a lot of kicking and pushing around the pubic bone /cervix area. Though a few times a day I get punched (I believe) in the cervix. They are little taps, so definitely not head movements. Mostly I feel the shoulders just below the top of my pelvis. He seems to push against the inside of my pelvis and often rolls a bit on his preferred side, but several times a day he does a roll across my belly to the other side, but that's a big movement I feel all over. I also feel his butt around the height of my belly button.

I don't know if it's because I have two in there that are cramped for room, or if it's normal for all head down pregnancies, but I feel all head movement - verified by ultrasound, and her head is on my cervix. The other little has her head very close to the others and I feel that one too. Also any shoulders/punches and hiccups low. Obviously the movements aren't as drastic as the kicks to my ribs and middle of my belly, but they are noticeable.
Baby is definitely still transverse and with the anterior placenta her moves are so muffled it freaks me out sometimes that something's wrong. I'm not sure whether to be thankful I'm not getting kicked in the ribs/bladder, or be jealous.

I have waged a battle against sweatiness this entire pregnancy, but it's become clear to me this week that I'm losing the battle. Boob sweat is out of control and nothing I try seems to stop it. It's not even THAT hot (relatively speaking) where I live right now, so I know it's just hormonal. I feel so gross and I don't think there is anything that can be done about it. It's unfortunate that I have to be around people for the next 8 weeks.
I fell asleep taking a bath and I only woke up because of my own snoring. (which I didn't have until I was pregnant but now I seriously sound like a troll)

@Ashleymn - I've also developed snoring in the past couple of weeks. DH says it's terrible and wakes him up. It's because I can't breathe when I lie down, even propped up with pillows. I've been using breath right strips the past few nights and he said I'm still snoring, but it's much better.

@MorganL925 I'll have to look into those strips! I only knew I was starting to snore because it would wake my SO up and he actually video taped me because he said it was so bad. lol

Omg... I don't know how I'm going to make it for the entire drive to my home town tonight for the shower tomorrow. My back is in such a bad place right now. I actually think I may have hurt it somehow vs it hurting bc of pregnancy.
@bnsmith That sounds pretty bad! I hope the drive isn't too bad & it eases so you can relax and enjoy your shower. Maybe you should see about getting it checked out next week if it's not better?

Actually, I hadn't even thought about getting it checked out. Maybe I'll go to a chiropractor... I feel like my doctor is just going to assume pregnancy and tell me there isn't anything I can do
@bnsmith85 I really hope you'll be able to find some relief!

@bnsmith85 Maybe look up some pregnancy-safe stretches and yoga poses to see if those can help offer any relief? If you go to a chiropractor, I don't remember who originally posted this to be able to tag them, but somebody was very adamant about making sure your chiropractor knows how to deal with pregnant woman specifically and made a very convincing argument- so just throwing that out there!
I is anyone still breech or transverse? I'm one of the latest due dates here but at 30 weeks she's still transverse and it starting to make me nervous. I've been googling was to turn her but some of those moves are pretty acrobatic!

At my last growth scan (30 weeks) she was head down, but at my dr appt yesterday (32 weeks) they said she was sideways from what they could tell. They also didn't mention any concerns in her positioning.
@chriscasey33- I'm glad to hear they weren't worried about yours being sideways. My MD said it was a little too early to tell for sure but she thought she could feel baby head down. I think she's wrong based on what I'm feeling I'm also not the expert lol
@ByeBabyBunting my friend was transversed until 37 or 38 weeks. Her OB sent her for a growth US to make sure there was still enough room to turn LO and then made an appointment the following week to try to force a turn, but when she showed up for the appointment her LO was head down. I think they say your baby can flip flop a million times until 37 weeks, that's when they want the baby's head down due to running out of room.
This is my third baby and I was convinced his butt was his head. I was in fact wrong. He is not breech. He is head down. You would think by my third baby I would be a pro at this shit. Nope not the case, and I still have kicks in every inch of my belly. And I guess the movement in my pelvis is head butts and rotating.

I've started to feel baby move less and less lately. I can still feel movements particularly just before I go to sleep, but I'm not noticing it as much during the day unless she has hiccups. Not sure of this is because she has less room to wiggle or because I'm just getting used to the feelings.
@MrsHudson2014 mine is moving less too. I am 32 weeks and he is more pushing and adjusting himself. The full blown rolls, kicks and somersaults have been over for a few weeks now. I tend to grow large babies so they have all settled down by around 30-31 weeks. I have a small short torso so they don't have a whole pile of room to rock when they get bigger. It's totally normal for movement to decrease, just be sure you do your kick counts if in doubt.

Lots. Of. Contractions. And pressure and cramping radiating from my lower back to my belly and hips to upper thighs that started around 11pm.
I have an appointment in 45 minutes to make sure wee man is staying put. From prior experience, it feels like my body is prepping to evict him... he still has 6 weeks left on his lease though! I'm seriously hoping he's doing ballet on some of my nerves or something, because I have no interest in being hooked up to a mag drip all day... or you know, having this baby right now.
Oh no!! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed! Please keep up posted after your appointment @AllyTheKid

@ByeBabyBunting - I'm 31+3 and she's still transverse. I have an ultrasound Thursday. My OB wasn't concerned, but said starting around 36 weeks I'll have weekly scans to check. I probably won't do any turning interventions and will just opt for a c-section (flame away) but I've been researching and am comfortable with a c-section. BUT there's still plenty of time for her to flip and flipping from transverse is much easier and more common than with a breach baby.
