Hey ladies, im so sorry to have to post here, but I couldn't find a thread or forum anywhere that tells how to get in touch with an admin. I'm using the Bump through the app, and April 2017 birth month club absolutely will not pull up. I've tried everything. Can someone please just direct me to an email or forum so that I can ask an admin for some help. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for being polite about it, OP. I just tried accessing April 2017 via the Bump app and wasn't able to either.

I don't know if this would work, but since some people say they can access April 2017 via app: OP, have you tried visiting the website on a computer, setting your birth month club there, and then checking back on mobile (maybe log in and out)? I'm not sure how interconnected the site and its app are.

@Bluebird2318 thanks for your helpful response! This is my third and the first time I've had issue finding the appropriate BMB. Great idea to try the desktop to select the right board. Isn't it frustrating when technology doesn't work how we want?!

Yes I have tried that. Thank you so much for being helpful. All these ladies being rude need to Hakuna their Ta-Ta's. I didn't know where else to post. So again, thank you to the ladies that were actually helpful. I'll try the "help@admin" link another lady posted. Thank y'all. I won't ask any other questions on your March thread.

@poison&wine On mobile, if you're in March scroll up to "The Bump Month Clubs" at the very top. Select that and then you can scroll down and get to April. We are all trying to get TB to fix the app but no avail yet.

It's impossible to save it as a favorite as well. All the other groups went up without a hitch except April it appears.

@Poison&Wine. -- no one is being rude because you asked a question. People are frustrated because this question has been asked and answered literally dozens of times and a quick search would have pulled up the link in several threads. People were perfectly helpful many, many times already.

Sometimes you have to poke around for an answer before taking up people's time and space on their board and bumping threads up that have nothing to do with this board at all. It has been answered nicely approximately one zillion times, and the problem is obviously frustrating, but we aren't tech support.

You can feel free to ask any question you want on the March board, we are a welcoming group, but it is common courtesy to make sure the exact same questions haven't been asked and answered many times already.

Please read the response from @anonellis I am mobile only but was able to access April birth month club the way she suggested.

What gets me is I answered this when she mentioned it on the OTHER thread she asked it on. Even gave the link. What else are we supposed to do?!? We don't work for the bump. Patience is worn thin.

Also, since we were called rude, I will just let it out there. What is rude is coming to our board, not introducing yourself then posting a huge AW announcement (on a thread that we were letting go into the abyss) to show off to our group, then following it up by asking multiple times how to access another month board on multiple threads. Then you call US rude for answering multiple times. We had plenty of April moms come here before April was open, they introduced themselves and contributed. They were awesome and welcome with open arms.

@mrsyimster @jessjoelmasse It may be because the & in her name, I think that messes with things (I just checked on someone else that had one in their name and it said user not found as well). I saw that she made her way to April.
