I've pretty much told my entire family and a few close friends. I'm with Mama5181, if something were to go wrong I'd want those people surrounding me so that I am not grieving alone.
WkoutMomtoBe - I'm also at a university, but in support role rather than instructional. I plan on telling my Chair when he is back from summer holidays next week. I'm due the week after finals (our term ends in mid-April) so as long as my instructors get me their grades on time I should luck out.
I miss coffee too. I love it but it makes me crazy and while I usually just accept that side effect, I figured I should cut it out for the baby.
It's super hard not tell anyone! We've got like 3 weddings coming up in the next few months where we will be seeing family and friends. We would rather wait and tell everyone then but it's hard. The worst is not telling our parents but we are going to see my parents in a month, right after our first OBGYN appointment so we should really wait for that.
