@Taylor72 I feel you on the fatigue. I took two naps yesterday which I can never to. And I'm up about a cup size already. Bras are not my friend at the moment.
Back pain is improved over last week, but holy nausea Batman! No puking yet, but thinking about or smelling pretty much any food makes my stomach turn right now. Plus I've been getting shaky if I don't eat every 2-3 hours.... not a good combination. Lemonade and citrus-flavored seltzer water, as well as protein (eggs, string cheese, peanut butter, etc.) have been my friend lately. Gonna get some ginger candies or preggo pops this week!!
Also, @Taylor72@Neikoda I third the fatigue. I'm so tired but I'm still not sleeping very well. I did get three naps in this weekend though, those helped!!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I've been foam rolling my back and I feel like that's made all the difference in the world. I have this little fabulous roller from my running days and right now I LOVE IT!
I've been getting the usual sore breasts and nausea, but also some lower back pain, mild cramps, and what feels like pressure in my cervix, which I usually get before AF. I'm PGAL so I'm a big Nervous Nelly and hoping it's nothing to worry about.
I'm tired, a little bit nauseous, and a little bit light headed. Also sore boobs and very very hungry and thirsty. I'm still waiting for the real yuck to hit. Probably during my court appearance at the end of August.
As current president of the itty-bitty-titty committee, I'm happy to say that I think my girls have filled up a little. Nothing drastic, but I'll take it as a win. The nips are still killing me.
Saltines and cherry lime La Croix have been my saving graces this morning. This isn't even the bad stuff yet, but I think I'm more tired this go-around which is making the MS worse.
Like I said in the gif post, I'm still craving that cheeseburger.
Morning sickness has started!! Let me tell you, there is nothing like hugging your toilet while your toddler pulls everything out of the bathroom cupboard. I was really hoping the puking wouldn't start this early, but it has! It's going to be a long first trimester. I just hope it ends then. With DS I threw up from weeks 8-24, pretty much daily.
no puking here yet but I am constantly nauseous. Got some saltines today. Thinking about trying the preggie pops. So much acne. I feel like a teenager. I am in constant need of a nap. If I can just get the nausea under control I feel like I would be getting along much better.
I'm getting a little nervous because I feel that my symptoms have dissipated. I'm not really nauseous anymore or have any morning sickness. I'm just a little more tired than usual and have sore boobs, but that's about it. Hope all is ok in there.
Another one here that is exhausted but so restless when I actually get to bed. Also my hips were so achy last night so I couldn't get comfortable. Could this be RLP already? Chest still hurts like mad first thing in the morning. Today, ALL the food! SO hungry!!!!
Just finished puking up everything I've eaten so far today so that was fun. I had a lot of nausea with my first starting around week 8 and lasting til around week 22/22 but never any puking. I guess this one will be different. Headache since this morning since my toddler woke up at 4am then 6:30am and hasn't napped because we're undergoing a major home remodel. I JUST WANT A NAP.

I am soooooooooooooo tired. Like, the minute I wake up in the morning after a full night of sleep I feel exhausted. It is getting really old to be honest. Already a week of this. Not a whole lot else yet, but still only 4 weeks. Sore boobs, of course. And a little bit of cramping, mostly when I lay down.

Oh my god the nausea. I just can't. My ms didn't start till around 7 w last time but then it was rough. I'm not a puker ever but I see it in my very near future. I'm so sick all the time, and know I'm hungry, but everything is terrible and makes me sicker. And if DH asks me one more time what's wrong I'll nut punch him. IM PREGNANT JERK!!!
@kockatoo I had really bad headaches in the first tri with my last pregnancy. A few drops of peppermint oil rubbed over the forehead, temples, and back of neck helped me a lot. It's not the same as medicine, but gives some temporary relief.
The fatigue has intensified. But I don't sleep soundly. A tiny bit of onset of nausea here and there but really hardly worth mentioning. I'm still having some cramping and lower back pain but I'm also starting to feel some ligament stretching kind of pain. it's been switching sides. And I'm definitely still irritable.
OH and @cockatoo, peppermint oil or fresh ginger rubbed on the temples can help with headaches. Another good thing to do is cold compression on temples. When one has a headache the blood vessels get inflamed. Keeping those cool can help a lot! And the ice solution is definitely good if you can't handle the smell. I have headaches and migraines a lot (luckily not while pregnant, but otherwise it's a constant) so I've tried many things. Hope you find some relief!
i'm 5 weeks. feeling some suprapubic pressure. had a little nausea over the weekend, but felt well all week. which freaked me out. i don't even feel bloated... however i've essentially been doing this vegan challenge (but still eating a little dairy/eggs/fish.. like 1 meal every other day) and maybe that's why i feel so good??!
I've been soooo nauseous, exhausted and cranky. Tonight I finally felt better and am just tired. It's the first time in over a week that the nausea subsided.
Ok, so yesterday I sneezed and thought I was going to die. And then I jumped off the couch to quickly and did die a little. I am not even 5 weeks! Isn't it WAAAAAAAYYYYYY to early for RLP? I didn't get it until the end of the 1st trimester with DD. And I had it BAD! Do I have to deal with this for the next 35 weeks?

Is it "normal" to have back pain that wakes you up? I woke up twice last night with slight cramping and back pain and let me tell you I was freaked out. I had another blood draw today because I basically insisted on it. First time preggo and definitely aboard the crazy train already.
Does anyone else get the lovely combination of extreme hunger and heartburn. I was having such a hard time trying to sleep last night that I went to the couch and left DH all alone on the bed lol.
My nausea has intensified this morning. The bus ride into work wasn't pleasant... I do have one question though: My cramps have intensified a bit today as well. And my lower back pain now shoots all the way up the muscles along my spine. Makes it really hard to sit at work. I get up every hour or so and walk around the office and drink my water. I also did some stretching last night. But the pain is still there and stronger today than yesterday. Should I even bother calling the OB at all? TIA!
Well, I have either begun morning sickness or I caught the flu from my SIL. Not sure which is better, but I have no energy and just want to sleep all day.
I have been shaky and weak all day today. In the past week or so that was easily fixed by eating something, but I feel like I've been eating almost nonstop today and it still isn't better. I just wanna curl up on my couch and watch the Olympics tonight.

I just feel those weird pulling sensations. I've had bad headaches the last couple days, been exhausted, and my boobs hurt. Only 4 wks though!
A glass of milk before bed helped to take the edge off (temporarily). Just a tip
