QUESTION: This is my 1st pregnancy and I have no idea what to expect. I'm 11 wks and occasionally I'll feel some "pain" near my pelvis and at the bottom of my stomach. It is not cramping and it doesn't hurt, more of a stretching feeling or a really mild poking feeling. anyone else have this? am I nuts? 1st US tomorrow so that may answer some questions.... plus I get to see my little key lime!!
It sounds like you have Round Ligament Pain. This is where the ligaments that hold your uterus in place start to stretch to allow for the uterus to get bigger. It's harmless and normal. But if the pain is intense and doesn't go away, I would call your doctor.
2. Thankfully, I have been pretty lucky with my symptoms. I have only felt a little queasy from time to time when I have an empty stomach. But JEEZE I have never been this tired in my life! And my boobs hurt a wicked lot. But if that's all I have to complain about, I guess I'll take it haha.
3. Rants and raves: This may sound bad but all I want is a beer! My fiancé and I are huge craft beer people (I actually had to attend out annual VT brewfest a couple of weeks ago and not partake, it was so hard) and I'm counting down the days until I can have one again! Also, holy unsolicited advice. I don't know if its the hormones but I just can't handle all of the people chiming in with ridiculous things and "you'll feel this" "you should do this" junk.
Symptoms: Nausea and vomiting, Completely exhausted, food-aversions ( I hate everything)
Rants, Raves and questions: I hate mealtimes for my little boy because everything makes me sick. I can't make it through the grocery store without gagging. Does anyone else have a disgusting taste in their mouth all the time? I can't get rid of it no matter what I do and it adds to my nausea. I wasn't nearly this sick with my first.
Today I kept down three chicken salad sandwiches and over 20oz of water without meds! Food actually sounds good again and I have some energy again. Either just a really good day or I'm finally rounding the corner, but I'm thankful either way!
Re: Symptoms 7/25/16
any time I eat a lot of dairy (ex: ice cream, drink milk, yogurt, etc) I get terrible stomach aches followed by diarrhea.
I do not normally have a dairy sensitivity. Makes me wonder if I am growing a lactose intolerant baby in here.
