Baby names?

I've been keeping a list of names in my notes app pretty much since our 13 month old son was born. Haha his name is Killian Matthew. I downloaded the BabyName (baby tinder) app on our phones but haven't gotten DH to participate really since he says we have a lot of time still. He usually doesn't like any of the names I love so we will see how that goes!

I already have a Gregory and a Joshua. If this baby is a girl her name will be Kenna Marie and we have no boy name picked out

My DS is named after my husband...and the 3 generations before him! I have a Matthew the 5th! So when it comes to names, I am in the driver's seat because I had absolutely no say once we found out we were having a boy the first time around!
For boys: Griffin Michael, Benjamin Ryan, Cameron James
For girls: Vivienne Rose, Ryan Christine, Lily Diane
Ryan was DH best friend who passed away from cancer in 2012, he had always been on deck as Godfather for our first born but didnt live to meet Matthew...so we would love to use his name somehow. Michael was his middle name. Griffin is a name I have always loved, Benjamin is the name of the oldest boy from the family I used to nanny and I just love it (we still have a close relationship), Cameron is my dad's middle name, James is a family name on my side. Vivienne because I love love love it and the nickname VeeVee and Rose is my Godmother's middle name, Christine is my sister's middle name, Lily is cute and 2 syllables like Matthew and Diane is my best friend's middle name.

DH and I were talking about names over dinner last night. He wants to wait until we know the sex to even discuss it, which is crazypants. Regardless, there are seriously no names that I love -- or even kind of like. We really struggled to name DS. We like names that are classic, but not overly popular. DS's name (Wesley) is between ranked between 100 and 200 (and growing in popularity, evidently), so I would like to do something similar this time around. I strongly dislike trendy names (a la the -den name craze), so we're definitely going to be on the struggle bus with this.

We settled on John Andrew for a boy a long time ago lol(John is a family name on DH's side and Andrew is a family name on mine).
For a girl I love the name Sofia but I haven't settled on a middle name yet. I kind of want to do Marie, since that is my middle name and it flows well with our last name, but her full name would sound VERY similar to mine so I'm hesitant. I also like Lynn for a middle name and that is MIL's middle name so it would be kind of cute and "in the family".

Emily Madison for a girl and Evan David for a boy (although if it is a boy I demand a refund :P). I liked Emily, Madison and Audrey for a girl so my husband decided he liked Emily Madison. I kind of like Madison a bit more than Emily, we'll see. We both like Evan from The Butterfly Effect (and I have a really hard time with boy's names) and David is for my dad. Love hearing everyone's names!

We like family names. We didn't know last go round so had both boy and girl names picked out. Had a boy and he was named after my deceased father and DHs father. So if we have girl this time we use name we had previously picked out,Lola Geraldine, which is each of our grandma's names. If boy this time, we are using our grandpas names so William Christopher.
