@WinchesterGirl whatever gets you through!! I woke up thinking toast and jam sounded good-but as soon as I had it made I just had a stare down with it for several minutes and fed it to my daughter instead.
I hope I'm not the only one who does this but I've been putting plain Lays potato chips on my sandwiches. Love them on egg salad, which is what I packed for lunch.
I want to eat healthy. I buy fruit, veggies, and yogurt. What I usually eat is crackers, cereal, and other carbs. I'm not proud, but I'm keeping food down so that's good.
I'm best able to stomach soups with saltines, fruit, pasta, chips and french fries. I know that doesn't sound good but I really am trying and other things just make my stomach sick. I can't tolerate anything sweet which is really strange for me since I've always had a major sweet tooth.

THANK YOU!! Nothi g is on my plate. I can't force myself to eat anything
I'm with you!!!! I can only eat in a "I have to eat or I'm going to be sick" situation. The only thing I actually want is Dr. Pepper...I've indulged a couple times but trying to keep my distance.
I'm having such a hard time getting enough protein. So I'm trying really hard to eat greek yogurt in lieu of other meats.
We also just got a new top to our blender (the old one broke), so I'm excited to be able to make green smoothies again. Greek yogurt+veggies+fruit=lots of good nutrients that I can get down quickly and doesn't make me nauseous.

Right now I either crave certain things and have to eat them right then or I don't know what I want to eat at all. If my husband doesn't tell me what to cook for dinner we are all going to starve because I won't be able to make my mind up. I wish I didn't have to eat or drink though be used everything leave a terrible after taste in my mouth. Even gum. Sucks! I have been wanting good cold crispy salads. I guess that's not a bad thing.
Saltines. Ginger Ale. Switched from Jolly Ranchers to lemon drops because the sour is oh so helpful with the nausea. In the good moments....carbs, mainly pasta and potatoes. In the miracle moments....raw veggies like celery, bell peppers, the occasional salad, and every once in a while a bit of beef is ok. In the first couple weeks after my BFP I was craving EVERYTHING tomato....now the thought of tomato juice and tomato sauce are revolting, but the the occasional raw tomato is still alright. Go figure!
I am still craving veggies and fruits. I am having a hard time with meat and bread. Even with the fruits and veggies my appetite is very small. I thought it was coming back and that I was craving more foods but it seems that was short lived.
I'm mostly eating what I always ever did, but I'm trying really hard to lower my carb intake. I love things like breads and scones, muffins, etc... It's really hard working right next to the bakery in the grocery store I'm employed at. I've definitely increased my fruit intake, and I've taken a real liking to more hard cheeses I never tried before.
@BumpasaurusRex I love chips on sandwiches! Peanut butter and chips, vegemite and chips. So good.
Like @jstringfellow19 I'm either craving something and need to eat it ASAP or I can't even begin to think of a food. The only exception is Honey Nut Cheerios, which I normally don't eat them because they cut the roof of my mouth like Cap'n Crunch...
I think meal plan Monday needs to be a thing my life, so I can stop wasting what little energy I have on trying to think of what to sustain myself with.
Yup I'm with @jstringfellow19 and @floatingelephy, either I know exactly what I want and I need to have it NOW or everything sounds terrible. Right now I want a million corndogs. Yesterday it was kielbasa (I'm sensing a meat trend...) and I got it and today I never want to eat kielbasa again.
Nothing but cookies haha. I literally puke anything else up. Last time I had gestational diabetes so I'm hoping to be feeling well enough to eat healthier things quickly.
So far I'm good. I can eat anything I use too but I use to eat chips like they were going out of style and now I can't be bothered. I also have zero interests in sweets except watermelon!
I'm always hungry so I try to eat small meals and multiple snacks.

Potatoes of all kinds (mashed/fries/hash browns/baked), orange juice, nectarines, pizza. Tomatoe sauce keeps sounding good and I've been planning to cook spaghetti or lasagna rolls but never feel up to it when it's getting close to dinner time.
Today it's chicken pot pie and some kind of what I would normally think looks disgusting salad with Mandarin oranges and marshmallows I saw at the deli counter this morning when I went to buy my chicken pot pies. I can mostly eat plain carbs and pizza or spaghetti.
