Re: ***INTRO & EDD THREAD***
My history is 6 rounds of clomid in 2013, tried Chinese medicine in 2014, then contacted an RE after nothing worked. I did 6 IUIs starting last August with no luck and IVF in April = BFN and finally a BFP after FET 6/20.
We have a dog named Jade and will be married 5 years this September!!!
Helllooooooo! Finally!
Feb17 girls may be snarky, but only when it's called for. And I don't know a single one of us who would be so tacky as to call names like this.

I really think the comment was just intended to playfully welcome someone who wasn't feeling so welcome elsewhere. Given all the snark that goes down on these boards, I'm not really sure why that single comment keeps getting blown out of proportion. Are you a potential March Mom? Or were you just swingin' by and hoping to stir the pot?
If the first- then welcome!!!! We're excited to get to know you, as we have been with all of our other intros!
If the second, thanks for stopping by.

I'm a late-Feb mom who may deliver in March, so I was checking through here to see who I might know and get a feel for the vibe. Not that it matters why I was here. There is no rule saying that only women who will give birth in March can hang out here. Lurking other boards is hella common here on TB, and even if it wasn't, I'd still have every right to click on through if I felt like it, because, like, America. So please don't "bye, Felicia" me for calling out inappropriate behavior.

You're right. I guess I did assume, as I'm sure the others did who also said nothing at the time, that the "bishes" comment was thrown out playfully. But hey girl, if the shoe fits...
Edit: new to march17, not new to TB. Not sure if it matters, but I figured I'd clarify

Loves. Don't call each other names. I have a lot of friends in the Feb board. You seem to think calling out that post was wrong, but I agree it was disrespectful and the original poster needs to own their mistake. We also do not want this culture of rudeness to be supported and continued by other members.

I just got a BFP this morning, we were not trying to get pregnant, so I'm a little in shock. It looks like my EDD is March 9th. My husband and I will be married 8 years on August 1st, our DS will be 5 on Aug 19th. We were one and done, but I guess that's about to change! My LMP was June 2nd, which was 6 days late, I hadn't tested, life went on like business as usual, now I'm wondering if it was implantation bleeding or really my period. First thing tomorrow morning I'll call the doctor.
I am am excited and nervous as all get out.
I was was very active on TB with my first pregnancy, so I thought I'd come back.
Cant wait to "meet" you all!
I posted sometimes but mostly lurked on TTGP. And now I'm finally here...yay! My due day is Feb. 27, but since that's at the tail end of Feb. I think I'm going to have the baby in March. I'm right around 6 weeks 5 days right now. DH and I are both 25, about to turn 26. This will be our first! Our first ultrasound is next Monday...hoping to see a healthy baby in there!
I'm 30 and so is DH. We've been together since we were 18, married at 23 and started for our fist baby after 4 years of marriage. After 13 months of trying, it was discovered that I have stage 3 endometriosis which ruined my fallopian tubes...natural or "spontaneous" pregnancy is impossible for us.
We had our first round of IVF in February 2014, our emby"bro" stuck, got a BFP on March 17 and our DS, Matthew was born on November 14 via scheduled C section. He weighed in at 9.8lbs and 21 inches long! Anyway, I digress...
We prepped for a frozen emby transfer and that happened on June 30th. I waited as long as I could....7 days...and got my BFP on 7/7! My first beta is tomorrow, 7/11! My EDD is March 18, 2017!!
I love all things Christmas. I'm obsessed with Disney and planning vacations to go there and I love Harry Potter (I'm looking at you @Scarlett830, we're like interest soulmates) I am excited to be on this board. I hung around on the November 2014 board back in the day, but the girls there tended to be aggressive. And then they all left....anyway...FX!

I'm a long time TTGP lurker and plan to be more active on this board. DH is 32 and I'm 30 and this is our first. We've been TTC for 10 frustrating months due to extremely irregular cycles.
I recently went to see my OB/GYN to discuss my irregular cycles and a plan going forward. We discussed testing and starting oral fertility drugs. Lo and behold, a week later I got my BFP on July 8th at CD26/12DPO with an EDD of 3/20/17. It's still very early and my only symptom is sore, heavy breasts. FX for a sticky bean! Looking forward to getting to know everyone and sharing this crazy amazing journey together.
*Edited to add EDD.
This is is my second child and my EDD is March 4th. I'm 35 and my bf is 34. I've only gone to my gp to confirm the pregnancy and get a referral to an OB. That was a week ago and I called for status and they didn't even put the request in!
I've only told my HR manager at work because it so fricken busy I need to have a good reason to get time off. I'm afraid to tell my mom because she is so negative about everything. My bf and I had to move in with her after he lost his job a few weeks ago and she thinks low of him. We've been together for 9 years and our daughter is 5. I'm hoping he finds a job and we move out before I tell her. This pregnancy is so stressful and work is so stressful I want to cry all the time.
Very excited to say that after 6 months of ttc (with a hubby that works away 3 weeks and is home 4 days), got my BFP this morning! Went to a wedding yesterday, had some drinks and danced my butt off... woke up this morning with super sore boobs, and thought "huh, that's weird..... oh look, I am 2 days late for my period, but there's no way....".
But, 2 tests later... I was like... way. ha
This is #2 for us. DS is 3.5. Can't wait to get to know you folks, and judging from the posts above.... I feel like I am gonna like it here
Edit:
Oh yah, EDD is March 12th!

First off, congratulations to all March 2017 moms.
I've currently 5 weeks and 5 days along. Got my BFP on the 2nd of July. I'm a first time mom so I'm a little freaked out and a lot excited by the whole process! I look forward to learning a lot as well as sharing this amazing journey with you.
Cheers!

I tested positive on July 8th! My husband and I have been trying and still in shock that I am pregnant! My first obgyn appt is July 14th to confirm since it is still very early. I think I am 4 weeks pregnant. This will be our first child! I think the due date will be around March 14th. We are very excited! We were not expecting this at all and are pretty stunned. I am anxious about the increased risks for twins and am going to join / stay with this board for now, even though if these both stick I guess I would wind up delivering in February. The doctor emphasized that it's still really early, and hopefully we will hear heartbeats next week. I am a lawyer and a major planner, and we are totally in shock by this news.
After struggling with infertility (due to my PCOS) for over a year, this is our first pregnancy, and we will be thrilled with whatever ends up coming our way.
Lots of tension and fights lately.
anyway, I'm sorry this pregnancy is stressful for you
We're absolutely thrilled and excited for round 2. Congrats to you all!
I just turned a digital test today so I'm jumping in! H and I have been trying for this for five months and we are so, so very excited. And I'm still in a little bit of disbelief. H is 37, I'm 32 and this is our first. ETA: EDD is March 20. Can't believe I forgot to add it the first time.
I've been a regular poster on TTGP and I'm excited to see so many people I knew from there here and I'm excited to get to know more people.
Best wishes for everyone for a fun, exciting, and safe ride!

This is baby #2.
We have a little girl who will be one on 7-20. Super excited, had a bfp last Wednesday so I found out quite early! Even before I missed. Just was feeling a little "off" so I took the hpt!
im a night shift RN, working 2 days a week so really hoping the quizzies do not get too bad this time.
im also building my Skin care business so my goal is to be able to go on maternity leave come March and not have to go back to my nursing job!
Things are looking great! Happy to be here, look forward to meeting you all!

We got our BFP on July 1. Due date, according to LMP, is March 7. This is our third pregnancy. Our first ended in a miscarriage at six weeks in April '12, and our second gave us our DS who just turned 3.
I'm 36 (37 when the baby comes), so I'm a little bit more nervous this time around. DH is 42 and he and I have been married 10 years. Borrowing the wording of another post I saw, I'm a Californian by birth, but an Iowan by marriage.
Can't wait to get to know all of you! H&H9!
I am excited to join this board. My estimated due date is March 10. I have a dd who is almost 15 months. I was a lurker on the April 15 board. I also have a beagle mix that is still struggling with not being the only child.
Good luck with the next 9 months!
We were on our first round of Clomid and I tested positive 12 dpo! I'm a little worried about my progesterone levels but we'll take it all one step at a time!
I love crime dramas, a good book, Jesus and nursing. I am a RN in a NICU and DH is in Law enforcement. Our big baby is our 7 yr old Great Dane.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you other March Mamas!
