Bring up the rear of the month, my EDD is around March 28th. I will have a better idea after my first appointment which I just scheduled for August 17th. This will be my third, I have a little girl who just turned four and a boy who is one and half! Excited to get back into the bump, I have been on and off during all my pregnancies.
Hi everyone! I'm excited (and nervous) to be moving over from TTGP after getting a BFP on Thursday (9 DPO). I kept testing over the weekend and popped a digi this morning, so am feeling a bit more confident. Love the organization of this board already and am happy to be getting in at the tail end. Based on ovulation my EDD is March 28th but that may change after my appointment on July 28th! Looking forward to getting to know you all! ETA: a gif, cause why not.
Hello everyone! My name is Jenny and I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first. We got our BFP on July 8th. DH and I are super excited! I've already been to my doctor and my EED is March 11th. I can't for my first ultrasound on the 28th!
@JDCS0523 You are either 6 weeks right now with an EDD of 3/11 or 7 weeks with an EDD of 3/4.
I only caught that because I am 7 weeks with an EDD of 3/4.
Me: 36; DH: 38 DD: 7; DS1: 4; DS2 due 6-21-17! **TW** MMC & D&C Aug 2016
I can finally post on here! I found out almost 2 weeks ago now that I was expecting - it was a bit of a shock at first because we weren't trying, but now my boyfriend and I are very excited! My EDD is March 11, 2017. I have no children of my own, but my SO has a 10 year old daughter that I absolutely adore.
Hello! I have been lurking for a few weeks, since finding out that we are expecting again.I decided it was time to say hellooooo! My EDD is March 8th!!! I'm excited to be a Mama again. I have an almost 3 y/o....who is exhausting! I have no idea what I will do with two!! Anyway, I hope to stay with you ladies and wish you all the best of luck! After 13 pages is anyone still reading this?!?
Hello all this is my second baby. DD is 1 and got my BFP the day become her birthday. My EDD is March 7th. My first appointment is on Monday. So excited!!
Hi March mommas! Got my bfp July 7. Based on my lmp my due date is March 8 but based on conception date dd is March 7, so going with that we have the most amazing 2 year old boy and are thrilled to be adding to our family!
Hello all, super nervous and mildly excited (news is yet to sink in)...due date Mar 9th..will be my first..hubby and me really happy...7 week ultrasound to happen next week. Had cramps and a little spotting so doc prescribed Duphaston.. currently dealing with 24*7 bloating.
Hello! My name is Diana and I am excited to be here! I'm 27 years old and from New Jersey. I am a first time mom to be. I am 5 weeks and 2 days, my estimated due date is March 19th. My husband and I will celebrate our first anniversary next month. We are so happy, and just a little bit terrified about our newest addition! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hi everyone! My name is Tara. My husband and I are both 33, and we are unexpectedly expecting our third around 3/17 (but if my older two are any indication, it'll be more like 3/21-3/30). We have a November 2013 boy and an April 2015 girl. I'm not anxious about the pregnancy or baby stuff, but the 3 under 4 is terrifying. I'm a SAHM and I work from home full time as well. I'm up for the challenge!
Hello Ladies!!! Super excited to be here because this happened way sooner than DH and I expected it to! We have one DS that is almost 15 months, and I am about 6 weeks at this point (based on CD1). EDD March 12, 2017! Just a little over a month before DS turns 2! Yay!!! I was pretty active on 3T the first time around, took us 15 months TTC #1. This time was only 7 months TTC! First doctor's appt is August 9th, probably a little soon to hear the heartbeat but maybe they'll let us see it! Wouldn't that be awesome! I can't wait to get to know you ladies. Here we go again!
Hi there, I am 30, DH is 38, we got married last year. I got my BFP yesterday, after TTC #1 since January. We stopped trying last month actually, because of some negative blood work and made way less "whoopie" so it is quite a surprise. I am just focusing on staying grounded and present. My periods are long and irregular, I have a feeling I am around 4 weeks, but will need a dating ultrasound to determine. Made appointment with my midwife and have blood work coming up to check on other things as well. Excited to be in this month with all of you. I wish you all sticky pregnancies!
Today I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant with our first child. We live in the Netherlands so my first ob gyn appointment is next week and first ultrasound between 10-12 weeks and then I'll know my definite due date.. i think it's march 12th 2017
Last werk I was beyond tired.. felt like i've been run over by 20 trains. And there is a lot of nausea. Today was the first day I stayed at the office the entire day.. thank god I can work from home whenever I want.
Last days I've been happy and scared.. everytime i go to the bathroom I hope I do not find blood in my underwear. Also I hope I can choose the moment I want to tell my co-workers, however my belly is getting bigger (twins has crossed my mind) because of gas. Anyone else who's already showing a littlein the 7th week?
@mrvl Where do you live in the Netherlands? I travel there for work occasionally and love it. You guys have excellent parental leave from what I've heard! Jealous!
Hi there! I'm 15dpo (or 11dp3dt). I had my beta this morning and it's at 74. I go back in on Thursday for my 2nd beta to ensure the hCg levels double, and then the first of three u/s's to ensure no issues are happening and this pregnancy is viable. This will be my 2nd LO as I currently have a 5 yr old DS. I'm super scared, but really excited.
My current EDD is 3/28/17. I've been bumping over on the "secondary IF" board and before that was at the "October 2010 Moms" board. I will also post an intro in the "Pregnancy after IF" board as well.
Feel free to read my signature to get the scope of why we had to go the IVF route. #cancersucks
12/2010 - DH diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer. #cancersucks
10/2011 - Complications with DH and lymph nodes in groin area removed. No longer able to ejaculate.
1/2014 - TTC#2 - IUI#1. No luck. Findings: DH sperm did not survive freeze. RE recommends IVF with ICSI.
3/2014 - IVF Cycle #1 Started BCP
4/2014 - Lupron, Gonal-F, and Menopur
5/7/2014 - ER day (25 eggs retrieved, 15 mature)
5/10/2014 - 6 fertilized, 3 embryos frozen - one grade A and two Grade B. Plan was to grow out to blastocyst stage but rest of eggs arrested by day 3. Decided to freeze on day 3.
2/9/2016 - FET #1 with Grade A (8 cell - 3 day embryo); 2/20 - Beta was <5. BFN. Waiting for period and start next FET. 7/8/2016 - FET #2 with Grade B (8 cell - 3 day embryo), fingers crossed this one sticks. 7/19 - Beta was 74. BFP!!!!; 7/21 - Beta was 182; 1st U/S on 8/2; 2nd U/S on 8/16
@jmn1985 in the north. Parental leave is quitte good indeed (not like scandinavia but still good). 6 weeks before the big day and 10 weeks after. The last 4 weeks we can distribute over several months so i'm thinking of 10 weeks with two days of. The dad/other mom only gets 2 days. In sweden they get like 12 months which they can divide between the two parents.
@Mrvl My work travels take me to Rotterdam but I've also visited Utrecht, Wageningen, Arnhem, Gouda & Haarlem. Each time I go I try to visit a new place- maybe someday I'll make it to north! Now I'm daydreaming of travelling.....
Hey everyone! I'm cautiously peeking my head in with an EDD of March 25.
I haven't been on The Bump in ages but used to be very active on the IF and TTCAL boards. I've been lurking in a few places since my BFP because I'm not sure where I belong. I realized that I'm most excited to connect with people who are also at this stage, and this board is so well organized, so I decided to intro here.
DH and I have been TTC #1 for over 5 years. Lots of heartache and brutal treatment history but that doesn't matter now as we've had strong betas and are ever-hopeful. I look forward to joining in the discussions here and getting to know you all!
Hey all, got a BFP about a week ago, and decided to finally post. This will be #3 for DH and I and we are super excited! EDD 3/23/17, I believe. Although I don't have an appointment for 2 weeks and don't have anything definitive to go by other than I have 35 day cycles and LMP 6/9/16. Looking forward to getting to know you all better!
Hi everyone! I'm not really a procrastinator- just working my way through this since I'm a first timer. I am 29 and my husband (of almost 3 months!) is 32. We've been together for 2.5 years and started trying right after we got married the end of April. I got my BFP on 6/28 and my EDD is 3/4/17 as of now, but we'll have a better idea after our first appointment next week, 7/28. We are soooo excited. and nervous! Mostly, excited!
Hello, everyone! A late intro here - due March 30. My daughter is 2.5 - one of the last December 2013 BBM babies to born. Maybe this one will be the last March baby. :
Hey everyone!! I'm another late intro....just got a BFP today with a due date of 3/25/17. This is baby #4. I have two other March babies -2010 & 2012 and a January 2015 baby. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Hi all! Just got my BFP today and I'm so excited! I'm 33 and DH is 35 and thus will be our first. EDD is 3/26. We've only been married for about 3 months and weren't really trying so I'm debating on how I'll tell him! Lol.
I did this backwards and started posting w/o my intro, sorry for the faux pas! I participated in TTGP quite a bit in 2015 and earlier this year until work got in the way. Love that board and am hoping to see lots more of them here.
I'm 5+1 today, FTM, got my BFP July 12th (2 HPTs, confirmed by blood test 7/14 and 7/16. EDD March 21st.
We live in NYC but keep homes in New Orleans, where my heart is. H loves Nola too but maybe not as much as me. I work in life sciences/biotech, H is a lawyer. My background is microbiology & immunology so AMA about bacteria and viruses! Haha.
We enjoy a robust social life, and I travel nearly every week for work. Not sure how we're going to fit a baby in there but where there's a will, there's a way I suppose.
One of the women on this board mentioned how ironic it is that when we're this early in the game, and not really supposed to tell people IRL, is when we have the most questions! She hit the nail on the head. I'm looking forward to sharing the excitement, bitching and moaning, venting, and trading secrets in the coming months. Wishing us all good health!
Nikki B joining the March club..woot woot. I was a total lurker for my first pregnancy but now that have one baby under my belt I hope to have more to contribute. I got a BFP on July 14th. I think I am 5 weeks today but my cycles have been a little wonky since DD was born. EDD for Baby 2.0 is March 23.
Our little family lives in Denver, Colorado. In June of 2015 we welcomed Luella Joy to this world and are forever changed. My DH and I grew up here and have known one and other for over twenty years (dated in 6th grade but broke up because he tripped me during PE class). After a decade of intense attraction we finally realized we were meant to be. We have been married for 3.5 years.
Hubby and I are both 35. I am a non-profit exec and the he is a mortgage broker. I love my job for many reasons, primary among them is that the Board of Directors voted to pay me for maternity leave and let me bring my DD to work for the first 5 months!! Definitely planning on working after baby 2 arrives.
I really enjoyed having this community for the first go around and am just floored by the kindness and support offered on these boards. I am looking forward to journeying with you all and wish everyone peace and health!
I am 26 years old and begining my second pregnancy. The first ended in a loss the night before I would have been 13 weeks. I won't bring everyone down with the story (it's on the PGAL board), just know it was natural, unexpected, and difficult...but today I'm pregnant!
I am now in my 8th week. I'm praying to be very sick for a very long time. I'm sick every day, tired all the time, and jumping from crippling anxiety to hesitant joy. My EDD is March 1st so I may end up on a different board, I'll know more next week after my big, scary US.
I've told my DH, mom, in-laws, and a few close friends (one guessed lol). None of them have had this experience so forgive my rambling. I'm so glad to have a place to talk through this strange experience.
Hi! I got my bfp last night, my calculations say edd 3/17 I'm at sahm to a 10m old ds we were looking forward to having more kids but I'm nervous and feel like a teenager at the moment
Hi Everyone! Back at it again! EDD is March 24th, I'm 33 and my DH is 37. We have a very active and amusing almost 1 year old. Living in Medford MA for now but looking to upgrade, you know, with the level-up in Family.
Hi! I am really happy to be joining this group! FF has my EDD on March 29th! This will be first pregnancy and it was through IUI. I have my second beta tomorrow morning but I feel pretty darn pregnant. What is with all the peeing?!
Hello all! I got my BFP on July 19. I had been over a week late and got some MS. Not meaning to be insensitive, but I was so scared to think I may be pregnant. DD is 5 months and we were definitely not trying, we were actually trying to prevent. I guess it was meant to be, although I'm still waiting for blood work to come back and confirm. DH and I are both terrified on what to do with two babies 14 months apart, but I know we aren't the first to be in this boat! I'm slowly getting over the shock because I am pretty confident that I am in fact pregnant. I know it'll be a handful, not to mention a crazy financial stress, but we will be welcoming another bundle of joy by EDD March 20, 2017. Have to wait 3 weeks for my first u/s to confirm EDD.
Some background about us...we live in the Chicago suburbs. I'm 26 and DH is 31. Im a teacher so having the summer off with DD (who will be 6 months next week) is amazing! DH works with metal for a small company that under appreciates him. I also have a SD who just turned 10 that we don't get to see nearly as much as we wish, although we are in court right now about that. Our lives are a whirlwind right now but I suppose those are the cards we've been dealt. I know we will be able to enjoy it so much more once the shock wears off.
I was midly active on the Jan 2016 board for DD but am looking forward to being a part of this supportive community!
