@Lynna813 hooray!! My doctor and chiropractor both recommended as much walking as possible. Chiro specifically mentioned trying to go for 30 consecutive minutes at least once a day. They both said gravity will help pull LO into the pelvis making it much harder for him to turn again. I've been doing my best, most days I get 30 total minutes, but its often not consecutive (or very fast), but he's stayed head down for the last 2 weeks!

Seriously!! DH and I left that appointment smiling from ear to ear! Finally some dang good news from my doctors!! My walks will have to be inside somewhere...good reason to go to the mall but then again I can barely stand for 5 minutes All the weight I have gained has really taken a toll on my legs and feet. My belly is extra heavy too due to her extra fluid. My body can barely support it. But if walking helps her stay in place I am def going to try it! Thank you so much for the advice. There is no way though in this Florida heat I will survive outside. I avoid it as much as possible. Maybe a few laps back and forth around the house lol

Sometimes I walk in place at home! The thing that works best for me is to walk in place or a lap around the house just during commercials of a show I'm watching. That way its only a minute or 2 and I can sit before the next commercial block. It's probably not as effective, but more active then nothing.
A little over 2 weeks out and also having some dark thoughts. Same as many of you, when she hasn't moved in a bit. I just don't think I will fully grasp it until she is in my arms. Seriously can't wait...
@mrsmommya Thinking of you! I frequently chase away the scary thoughts as well. We learned the hard way things don't always go as planned and that is really hard. You'll be holding her soon. I'll be holding my girl soon too. I'm so glad we have this group during those scary times- most don't understand unless you've been though it. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!
@chels0120 I don't think so. Bostonbaby is probably busy with her LO and the rest of us slacked yesterday (or are busy with LOs too). Go ahead and start one!!
