I'm basically hot and sweaty all the time and getting dizzy spells, having trouble sleeping, and an emotional wreck. I feel like I'm on the verge of tears for no possible reason half the time.
@bnsmith85 Usually, it's when I start to get hot, I'll get dizzy. I brought it up at my last appointment and they told me to make sure I'm drinking enough water (I'm really trying but probably still not as much as they want). I have another appointment (glucose test and all) this Friday, I'll bring it up then also.
@emmaaa ... I have a hard time with the water intake too... so you're not alone. Glad they didn't think it was anything serious when you mentioned it before. Good luck on your glucose test!!!
My left hip has started to hurt while sleeping. I can only lay on my left side cause the right side just makes me feel like I can't breathe. Might be time to head to the chrioptactor!

Sleeping issues, swollen feet and hands, migraine.... should I continue? I'm still waiting for that moment in which you feel the prettiest woman on earth... or the moment when you actually get to say pregnancy makes you feel so amazing...
Varicose veins, the darn compression hose that are ridiculously hard to put on half the time not to mention they have rips in them now and I need a new pair. Like seriously did my Dr just think id go thru only one pair ?? I have three kids lol and it's summer not winter....ugh.
Oh not to mention the sciatic pain as well my goodness I feel like an old granny some days. Especially with the hose the pregnancy belt brace thing and taking 81mg aspirin for pain just walking normal again would be great! Oh and the lower back pain that will most likely continue until the end. Maybe I should try a chiropractor as well.
I'm SO gassy! I wake up in the morning with what feels like huge gas bubbles floating around in my stomach but I can rarely pass gas. It's like it's all just trapped up inside. It's terrible.

I buy compression socks for work from Allheart, they come in a timely matter, and they're not expensive . Hope this helps if you can't get another pair from your Dr.

I sweated through my pit stick for the first time, and I don't use the natural stuff either. I seriously had swamp crotch all day. Can't wait for another scortching hot day tomorrow. NOT!

@scostel2 The other day I was running late and trying to buckle my sandals while sitting in the car was next to impossible! By the time I finally got it done I was just laughing at how ridiculous it was!
During physical activity, I don't really notice a huge difference in how I feel. But my giant belly (and boobs, yikes!) must be weighing me down because hours after I get hit with the major soreness all over and back pain. But you guys, I sucked up the cost and broke down and bought a snoogle... And it's awesome! The night before I woke up in the middle of the night with back pain and and had to sleep on the couch propped up with a million pillows. I was worried last night because my back hurt before bed but... No pain! I highly recommend it!
@Blonde1817 ... I tried to buckle sandals last night in my home and thought it was nearly impossible with my belly in the way. Props to you for getting it done in the car lol
I can't bend over all that easily anymore - it's like it cuts off my air supply. And I'm making granny groans when I squat down or pick things up or try to get up from the couch or bed. It's all just harder!!
@angelwings4 I'm with you, sciatica pain really sucks, I feel like a granny too, my office is on the 3rd floor (no elevators) so you can imagine how hard is for me to get to my desk.
And I am not showing very much, I am almost 24 weeks and my belly is small, can't imagine how would it feel if it grows more
Had a biometric screening for insurance today and I found out pregnancy can raise your cholesterol. It's apparently completely normal (cholesterol levels usually increase 25-50%, and your body uses it for healthy fetal brain and limb development), but I had no clue going into the screening and it was shocking to get my LDL level.
@ignoscemihi yes! And it can stay out of whack through breastfeeding apparently. I only know this because I went for a physical a couple weeks ago and my dr said she didn't want me going for the blood work until I had the baby and finished breastfeeding because it can give you a faulty reading.
I'm having heartburn from hell! I feel like a fire breathing dragon! Everything and anything exacerbates it. Also lovely sciatic pain. That at least feels better after massages twice a month. I agree that I also have yet to reach a point in pregnancy where I feel beautiful and amazing!
I am trying to figure out if I have a yeast infection. Never had one before but I feel like I smel weird and my discharge is more and just off. I wonder if I should google it. Though I try not to use dr. Google.

@schell2013 ... I've had one once when on Depo and antibiotics (which apparently makes you really susceptible)... anyway, if you have one, you'll know you've got something going on. Not to be gross, but for me, it was how uncomfortable I was that made it really obvious.
I haven't been able to wear my wedding band or engagement ring for about a month. Also the swamp crotch struggle is the very real estate.
We painted the nursery a few days ago and it was soooooo hot in there. We took out the window AC to put in an exhaust fan. By halfway through the 3rd wall for each coat I was practically dying. Plus all the bending and reaching... I was not a happy camper.
I feel like I've been nursing a low grade yeast infection (thanks swamp crotch), been treating with coconut oil which helps a lot. Just filled an cube tray with the stuff and put in the fridge to set, then pop one in before bed.
Morning sickness has returned but I think it is heat caused. Canadian summers suck. My skin is still a hot mess my eczema bleeds more days than not. The hip pain has become bad but I'm hoping my Dr has some advice today. Other than that I'm just a fat lady who wobbles.
I'm having bacne issues and it's SO GROSS. I scheduled a prenatal massage for Sunday but I'm half not looking forward to it because I'm embarrassed by how nasty my back is.

@schell2013 for me the dead giveaway that it's actually an infection (and not just sweat/discharge/irritation) is that the skin between my labia gets really red and irritated.
@mrszoess I wish because I tend to drool when I sleep really deeply - and I have been having problems with that pretty much my whole second trimester. On the other hand, last night I finally slept decently - not droolworthy, but decently nonetheless.
So I have been having a lot of cramps (they feel like moderate period cramps) and it's worrying me a bit. I talked to my doctor about it yesterday and he didn't seem worried. He did test for UTI and it was negative, so he said it's normal to have cramping, especially while active. But I've been getting cramps at night that are strong enough to wake me up. He didn't seem concerned since I'm not having discharge or bleeding and the cramps go away after a few minutes. I don't remember this happening when I was pregnant with my son. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm having mild cramping. Not enough to wake me up but it's noticeable when I'm awake and enough to make me grimmace. My OB wasn't concerned either because I have no spotting and I'm still feeling him move. She said it's probably just "growing pains". It is annoying and anxiety inducing!

I've had them wake me up multiple times.. I typically cramp for 3-4 days then it will stop for a week or two. My doctor said its just because my stomachs really tight and ligaments are stretching and baby's growing which causes all the cramping.
@MRSCORKER I'm going for a prenatal massage Sunday too! This is my first one so I'm a little nervous about it but I'm hoping they'll help my back/hips a bit.

I got them all the time pre-pregnancy but this will be my first pre-natal one. I hope I like it, one of the things I love about massages is laying on my stomach and having my back rubbed. Since that can't happen, I'm assuming they put you on your side and side sleeping is part of the reason I hurt so much. We'll see how it goes!

Thanks @MRSCORKER and @fitlady21! I know I should trust my doctor. I just don't remember this from the first pregnancy so it freaked me out. I'll try to relax a bit.
Uhm embarrassing and potentially TMI, but... Post-orgasmic headaches. My sex drive is through the roof and so I take care of business myself frequently and immediately afterwards I get a raging headache that can last all day. It's a horrible conundrum because if I do it, I'm satisfied but have a headache, but if I don't, I'm angsty and edgy.
@MRSCORKER... if you end up not loving the on your side version, a lot of higher end spas have pillow-like things with cut outs for your boobs and belly or a massage table where the belly drops out so you can lay on your stomach. I also really like being on my stomach and didn't love the massage on my side as much so I'll be booking elsewhere next time.

I hope they have this! I love the place I go to so I didn't think to ask or look around for other places.

@MRSCORKER I go today at 4 for mine and they have the bed like @bnsmith85 described. The therapist told me whichever way is comfy for me. Hoping I can lay on my stomach. And I'm hoping I like this experience all together. My cousin loved them so much while she was pregnant she went once a month till the baby was due.
