@TravelingCouple thanks for the reply! I do agree that I should back off a little on the pregnancy books. I started reading to really just get a good idea of what happens (my old high school didn't teach a thing about reproductive systems). I couldn't help myself and just got hooked with all of this new knowledge! I definitely see myself re-reading everything that I have read so far lol
@Basherbaby Oh I hear you on the education, it's kind of ridiculous how UN-informative the educational system is in how our reproduction system actually works. A documentary on TTC that really puts an interesting light on creating a baby is The Great Sperm Race. It's on Youtube under multiple parts, DH and I watched together and both found it fascinating!

@TravelingCouple - Oooo I can't wait to watch that! I think DH will actually be interested if it's something he can watch instead of read. The lack of education is very disturbing. I will be 25 in a month and I feel embarrassed about how little I knew before I started reading.

BTW ~ This is big enough that it deserves a separate post, rather than an ETA. Have you ladies watched the Youtube channel Does This Baby Make Me Look Fat? It's H.I.L.A.R.I.O.U.S! I came across her a few years back and binge-watched the entire first season in one sitting, they are short clips. She really breaks down the woes of TTC in a hilarious manner and I laughed to tears watching some of the episodes. Just watch them in order, start from season 1! Sometimes it helps to laugh about the crap that sucks in life.
TW/Spoiler Alert that she does get pregnant in between season 2 and 3, so stick to season 1 if you just want some laughs on TTC!

I'm actually busy at work for the first time in like a month, so hopefully i'll be back later for comments!!
Cycle/Month: 3/3 TTCAL
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: PNV and RRL tea. Which i actually now look forward to in the morning. Score! Almost done bleeding so probably will start HIO sometime in the next week or so
R/R/CS: I O'd so late last cycle, I'm worried about starting to HIO too soon and then getting so burnt out by the time it'll really matter. My cm last month was super on point, so I'm hoping that is the case this month too and I will be able to pinpoint the days we need to BD pretty well.
My SIL took it upon herself to make reservations at Capital Grille for Father's Day and assumed we would be splitting the entire bill with her as a gift...ummmm no. We are actually really trying to pay down some credit card debt at the moment and there is no way you are obligating me to a $300 meal without even getting my thoughts on it. Luckily DH and I were on the same page, so we didn't join them. We took FIL out the night before to watch soccer and paid for his meal/drinks then. But my god! Way to assume we have a money tree in our backyard (which would be awesome. I need to make that happen)
GTKY: What is your favorite TV show (current or old)? Veep. it's amazing. It you haven't seen it, give it a few episodes and you'll be hooked. And dying of laugher.

@Daisy621 I just counted my OPK stash. I bought the 40
OPK/ 10 HPT pack last time. I don't have any HPT's left (due to testing weekly
during my crazy Jan-May cycle) but have about half of my OPK's. I talked myself
out of ordering more but if I need them I'm sure I'll be kicking myself.
@Sammijane19 Good luck at your follie scan. Fx for
good news.
@ Schumerator I hear you on the timing thing. I find
it really hard with DH as well. Weighing starting early with how many days we
will have to continue for. I honestly don't think my H could do 7 days in a
row. We managed 3 last cycle and didn't HIO for over a week prior to or after
that.
R/R/CS: My
doctor just booked me for an ultrasound next Monday, which I had said was fine,
but it's 6pm and I promised DH I would go with him to his "race"
(he's part of an adult go-carting league after work and I have yet to attend). So I
frantically emailed back to see if they could book me in earlier in the day. Fx
crossed.
GTKY: Watching all the Season's of Gossip Girl right
now. I used to be big on Survivor and The Amazing Race but we don't have
Cable/Satellite tv anymore, so it limits any of the weekly shows.
@aammyy33 - I have them, and for whatever reason, my flat iron (and blow dryer) still refuse to work. My dryer will turn on, but it's like a heat gun. No go at all with the iron. And it does do the voltage conversion as well...so I have no idea why. When I went in November, I had long hair. Day 4 my hair got cut to above my shoulders at the hotel salon because I couldn't deal LOL. I'm in need of a trim, so I guess that will be a weekend activity for me (they have a Tony and Guy in the hotel, which is nice).
R/R/CS: I had my RE appt this morning! It went well! The doctor was super nice and let me kind of dictate how I wanted things to happen rather than ignoring my concerns like the last doctor did. I'll be taking provera again soon to jumpstart my period. Then I'll go in for CD3 ultrasound and bloodwork and then I'll be taking Femara next cycle so I'll do the CD12 and CD21 checkups!! I seriously cannot wait!! I'm about to go turn my prescription for provera in on base
GTKY: definitely Game of Thrones right now... I was freaking out last night!
R/R/CS: It's that time of year when I make my doc appointments right after school ends. Got some major sunburn just in time for my derm appt Wednesday and I know she won't be happy! My gums are a mess so we will see what the dentist says the first week of July. FF says I'm at the end of my FW, but I'm pretty sure I didn't O yet. I hope this isn't a super long cycle. Gyn appt in a week!

I don't like to get too attached anymore and once I started grad school like 6 years ago, I missed out on a lot of TV and never wanted to start a show in the middle. I didn't even watch Friends until it ended! I like OITNB now!

It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
R/R/CS: This weekend is my birthday, but I have to make a wedding cake ON MY BIRTHDAY for MIL . Also, DH now has a stress fracture in his hip socket, so we have to figure out how to HIO without injuring him further.
GTKY: What is your favorite TV show (current or old)? I have so many I don't know how to pick one. My usual answer is Friends, but HIMYM is up there. GoT is my current favorite.

@krys I'd be cranky about that trip, too.But... the food! @Daisy621 I thought that if I got a lot of ovulation test kits and Costco sized packs of tampons and pads, it would be like reverse karmic psychology. Yeah, it turns out that doesn't work. @GrabberBlue2010 I keep thinking I should watch Archer. Now I'm really going to have to try it! @belocin Sorry you're here. Hope AF goes away quickly. @clover28 I'll have to look into Wentworth! @kelseyrayay Hope you were able to go after work! @TravelingCouple I'm having a hard time coping with Monday, too. Thanks for the YouTube tip! Those are disturbingly accurate! @mrsdaddario FX for good news today! @Squiddly "...because worry I will." That's altogether too true. @hezzer78 Yay for finding something that keeps your H from snoring! @sammajane19 Hope you get good news today! @mrsdee15 Everyone's all about Game of Thrones! We'll have to give it another try. @TheJerilu You may have a sore throat... but that gif is one of my favorite yet! Hope you feel better soon. @Dilynne Oh, man. Sorry to hear you're having a hard day. Hope things get better. @Schumerator Hopefully your H can come to understand that the disappointment is just harder on women. For one thing, we're the ones doing most of the things to try to make this happen--temping, OPKs, eating right, vitamins, planning the sex, etc. So it's that much worse when a project you're more invested in doesn't work out. Plus, you typically find out that it didn't work when you already feel like crap physically and... are already hopped up on PMS. @LittleChick2 I LOVE it when someone else is the buzzkill instead of me! It's the best of both worlds. @swimsister Have fun at the game! @Saralee797 I hate when I temp twice. It makes me so conflicted! @mleandre FX you O soon! @PennStateCait Hope that now that the school year is over, you're able to relax more! @juliebeannn I love Criminal Minds, too. I used to watch it more but it's such a terrible bedtime story (especially when I'm home alone) so I only watch it if I have time for a lighter show before bed. @KristoB Hope you like the smiley OPKs. They really indulge the control freak in me. @Basherbaby I haven't read it yet but I've heard that It Starts With the Egg is a good one. And ditto what the others have said, especially about The Great Sperm Race. The format is palatable to partners, too so it's a good way to help them get informed also. @Sugargirl1019 Hope you have a nice dinner with the family tonight! @pretzel2plus1 Yay for free exercise bike! That's awesome! @Mythril Hope you have some answers soon. @jatwal128 Now I have to go look up the Capital Grille! That's pretty presumptuous. Glad you guys got out of it and got to do something with just the tree of you and cheaper. @aammyy33 Hope they were able to change your US appointment! @mokay19 So glad you found a doctor you can work with instead of someone who just treats you like your opinion or knowledge of your own body doesn't matter! @antoto Happy O day! @NYTino24 Hope that doctor-stravaganza goes well. @ktcakes87 A stress fracture in his hip socket!? That sounds awful. What do they even do for that? @chickyclg Sorry to hear that your FET didn't work. @sevenn Hope AF leaves soon. @virginiaham FX sooooooooooo hard for you!

I'm planning on using bbt, OPKs, and raspberry leaf tea when we do start. While I get AF every 28-30 days now, I'm sure once my IUD is out it'll get irregular.
DH and I like to pick a show on Netflix and binge watch all the seasons. The past few months have been HIMYM, scrubs, X Files, Sherlock, Elementary, and currently GoT.

@mleandre FX you O soon!
@antoto Happy O day!
@NYTino24 Hope that doctor-stravaganza goes well.
@ktcakes87 A stress fracture in his hip socket!? That sounds awful. What do they even do for that?
@chickyclg Sorry to hear that your FET didn't work.
@sevenn Hope AF leaves soon.
@virginiaham FX sooooooooooo hard for you!

@belocin @sevenn I LOVE SVU!! Stabler 4ever, yo. My roommates in college and I used to watch it all day Sundays.
@mrsdaddario Good luck with this cycle! I hope the follies develop well.
@Dilynne I'm so sorry you felt that way today! Huge hugs, I really hope your day turned around.
@LittleChick2 We almost always have HIMYM, Parks & Rec, or Big Bang Theory on in the background when we don't have something specific to watch. However, I will say I went 8 months without watching it because I was SO upset by the finale.
@Schumerator @hezzer78 @Saralee797 @mleandre @ktcakes87 YOU GUYS. Last night was insane. DH and I are super into the show. I know I've showed his pic on here, but we went so far as to name our dog Tyrion.
I highly recommend a second try, @kiki75.
@TravelingCouple Thank you for the chart stalk! I am inclined to agree. I appreciate the feedback!

ETA: Our start date has been pushed up from October to August! We're potentially leaving Korea sooner than we thought
