Yummy Non-Alcoholic Drink

We had Easter Dinner with the In-laws at a fancy restaurant (Sixteen at the Trump Tower in Chicago). I asked about non-alcoholic drinks and they had one that my husband and I both ordered. It was soooooo good I'll definitely try to make one at home. It was.....

Pomegranite Juice (I'm sure it was fresh, but they sell that Pom Juice pre-made)

Lime Juice (just a bit)

Mint leaves (I'll bet it would be good without this, but this kicked it up a notch)

Sprite

Ice

They had other versions with mango juice and some other juices.

Anyone else have some other fun non-alcoholic drinks for celebratory occasions?

What do you think of non-alcoholic wine or beer? Obviously not like I'm going to replace my water intake with it, but I'm thinking special occasions.

I was thinking of having something fun for Mother's Day evening. After a day of celebrating with our moms, I want to just have an hour with my husband and really sit down and celebrate this new baby and the accomplishment of raising our other two so far just the two of us.

Every time we go out to a restaurant I order a virgin strawberry daiquiri. Yummy.

At Easter dinner with my in-laws (big drinkers), I mixed cran-pomegranate juice with 7-up to make a "spritzer." It would also be good with ginger ale, I think. My mom used to make this drink for me when I was a kid, so I figured why not resurrect it?

That sounds good!!

During my 1st pregnancy I drank non-alcoholic wine and non-alcoholic beer on special occasions. They do have small amounts of alcohol when you look at the label.
