Is achey hands a pregnancy symptom? I'm just achey pretty much everywhere but it's weird to feel it in my hands.
Not sure exactly what pain you are having but my primary doctor said I have carpel tunnel in my left lower arm and wrist. It's pins and needles mostly but hurts and some days it's pretty unbearable. It is also a symptom of pregnancy. If you get manicures, ask them for an extra long hand massage with the lotion at the end of service before the polish is applied. It helps ALOT or just ask DH to do it!
Anyone else with leaking boobs over night already?
This is my fourth so my colostrum came in quite early but I'm 35w+1 and I don't remember leaking over night this soon with any of my other ones. Also with all the other symptoms I'm hoping that its not yet another subtle sign that my little guy isn't planning on waiting until his EDD.
(Also secretly wishing his comes a little early, I'm tired of all the pain, contractions, crying and freaking out for no reason, I just want to be myself again. Oh the joys of pregnancy.)
So for that past two days I've been getting random sharp pains in my right foot between my ankle and heel by the side it hurts like a mofo but only lasts a second or two. Tried massaging it icing it nothing. I'm guessing pinched nerve from flip flops but I'm not giving them up!!
@Backbypopulardemand I've been getting these terrible sharp foot pains for months now, for me I think it's related to the loosening ligaments which is exacerbating my hypermobility. Super obnoxious! But like you said, it goes away after a minute, just throws me every time.

Maybe that's what it is ! Yes totally stops me in my tracks every time!
@tiffanidaniels I've been leaking since about 26 weeks, definitely more in the last two weeks (38 weeks now). FTM here though, so I don't have anything to compare to.

Had round ligament pain so bad I went to the hospital to get checked out. Everything is fine, but holy crap! Hurt so bad that I couldn't walk and I was getting short of breath. They did a cervix check and I'm nice and closed. I'm disappointed but at the same time glad since I'll only be 35 weeks on Tuesday.
@schaze I'm no doctor but I wouldn't get too too excited. I've been having that since 33/34 weeks when she dropped and is now head down on my cervix. No dilation at 38 weeks but it still feels like she's trying to pry open my cervix every time she moves. Which is a lot. If it's accompanied by other signs of labor I'd call the doctor or have it checked at your next appt though.
Woke up this morning completely convinced baby would be coming today. I've had contractions throughout the day but random, short, not getting closer together and no waters leaking. I have my next appointment on Monday so if nothing changes I suppose I'll be waiting until then. 38 weeks and ready this LO to come when she's happy
Freaked this early AM but probably just what the rest of you ladies have been expieriencing....the menstrual like cramping/contractions on my left side and lightening crotch.....was laying there and some of the contractions were definitely longer than a minute but longer than an hour between in and out of sleeping. Between my body adjusting to these changes and watching LO practice breathing on Thursday on the ultrasound growth scan, I'm so ready to be a mommy like the rest of you!!!
@kim1989 and @Jodi1980 try not to get your hopes up too much until you are for sure in full-blown labor. I've been having those period-like contractions for over a week now. Some of the women on here have been having them for a month. I think our bodies are just starting to prepare for the big event with these contractions.
Oh yeah I've had period cramps off and on for over a month. Dr said it was related to uterus being stretched as baby keeps growing and also moves from high to low

It's more painful than period cramps for sure. This is my third baby so it's strange to have the contractions feeling but it not getting more frequent

It is weird, but my doc says normal. Some of mine are similar to a period but most of them are stronger. I have to stop what I'm doing and breathe through some when they get real intense. I tried bouncing on my birthing ball today when they were like that trying to get them to turn into legit contractions, but I was unsuccessful.
My feet are huge! I've only been able to wear my old navy flip flops for the last few day, but even then they're so uncomfortable. I have no idea how I'm going to make it another month with my massive feet.
I had carpel tunnel a few weeks ago and then it went away. Today I wasn't doing anything with my hands just watching a movie and I got intense pain in my wrists. Time to pull out my sexy wrist brace again!
I just had a terrible attack of pain in the lower right quadrant of my stomach/uterus. It felt like a ripping pain and I was doubled over. I've spent the last half an hour walking around trying to figure out what it is/work it out. I am having some contractions but nothing timeable and they don't seem to be in conjunction with the pain. And I definitely can feel cervical pain/pressure as I walk. But nothing is coming together in a pattern. The pain keeps coming back though. Happening to anyone else?

Only organs in RLQ are appendix and bowel. Need to go to the bathroom? Maybe RLP ?
I've apparently started peeing myself/having lots of watery discharge before and right after going to the bathroom. It doesn't seem like amniotic fluid - it's clear to light yellow, but I'll check with my doctor tomorrow morning when I go in for my first cervical check. I'm just over the wet underwear constantly!
@ladyfleck definitely RLP because that describes what sent me to the hospital yesterday. SO painful. I had thought I already experienced RLP in my first and second trimesters but it didn't compare to the pain I felt yesterday. I took some Tylenol and it helped a ton.
@jlmartinez517 and @winnie1122 I finally caved to panty liners 3 weeks ago and have never gone back. They are annoying but keep me dry which is much better than changing underwear every few hours.
These hemorrhoids can scram anytime now ... . Also thinking I might need to start using panty liners. This constant wet feeling isn't the most comfortable. Oh pregnancy joys
On a side note. I wasn't sure if my milk would come it at all due to breast reduction surgery in 2012. This morning I had a little leakage in one of the boobs. I'm hoping this is promising for me to be able to breast feed
@AshGee18 - from the research I did while pregnant with DD, people that have had either a reduction or enhancement have been able to breastfeed. I think you should be just fine
ETA: you can't have a breast reduction and enhancement... edited it to say either. C'mon brain. I gave you a drink with three shots of espresso. It's time to wake up

I had my reduction surgery in 2008 and had my first child in 2011. I was able to produce SOME milk but not enough to exclusively breastfeed. However, it will be different for each woman so it is definitely possible that you can do it!
Just came back from the chiropractor, but it's been a solid 4 weeks since my last visit. She said my pubis symphysis is misaligned. Used this impact tool on the area, which totally sucked, it was super uncomfortable. She wants to see me weekly until baby is born, hoping my body gets it together - I've been seeing my chiro since January!
@LadyFleck I get that. It feels like I'm being gutted from the inside with a knife like a fish. I can't move in any direction when it hits, just wait till it goes away. It seems to be worse in the morning while getting out of bed.
RLP here too. It'll hit me randomly in the night when I'm flipping from one side to the other or if I stand up too quickly. I'm ready to have a normal uterus and ligaments again.
@LadyFleck I've been getting that pain all weekend. I was doubled over on the couch most of Saturday afternoon. I did call the hospital and they said it was most likely RLP but to come in if it got any worse. Of course soon after I hung up with them, it was gone. Hurts like a b!tch though!
@schaze I was walking around the house trying to keep moving through it and I had to keep stopping and breathing and a few times I almost fell to my knees. My husband got so excited thinking I was in labor he actually packed his bag and started ordering Red Sox onesies online. While it was adorable, I kept telling him it wasn't labor and not to get too excited. Poor guy.
I'm so glad other people are having the same problem with the RLP. I wasn't sure what it actually was. It feels so different from the early ones. I wish the pains were actually leading to something and then I would feel better about it.
