I like both but Leona is so much more unexpected. Vivian is really just moving up the popularity charts as is Vivienne is being used as a "prettier spelling". I like Vivian but the usage does make me like it slightly less
I really like Leona. I'm biased though. Lena is one of my all time favorite girl names. While I like Vivian, it reminds me of Vivian Vance, so it seems a little old ladyish to me.

I agree with this. Vivian is a great name, but it is so popular. I vote for Leona because it's beautiful and it's not as common as Vivian.
For me it depends on siblings. I know an Adelynn and Leona sibset and to me they just don't go together. So if Vivian is more your style in terms of siblings, I would go that route.
