    My facts come from science. Carbohydrates are broken down into glucose, which the body stores as sugar. Once the liver has it's fill of glucose floating around in your system, excess sugars are stored as fat to save for rainy days. Extra fat stores = increased body fat. The decline of sugar in your system can leave one feeling sluggish and grouchy... Falling from a sugar high is not fun for anyone. 

    I don't like doing other's homework, so if you'd like to find your own published information, I'm positive you know how to google appropriately.

    It is all admins getting ban happy, now that you are trying to be a snarky board you'll see... For all your "3 warnings = ban" talk yesterday, our third banned member last night only had 1 warning. I think we can assume admins do as they please.

    And you guys aren't the first to get warnings for the F word, that has happened to us so many times for the most harmless threads.

    As for returning to regularly scheduled randoms, I get SO hungry and then eat 5 bites, feel stuffed and naseous only to be ravenous 20 minutes later which is NOT conducive to working somewhere that doesn't allow food at your desk...seriously body?  Get yourself together....
