  I wouldn't risk an epidural with an innie belly button if I were you. Having an innie means your baby is closer to your spine, and the needle could stick the baby by accident.

  You may be able to get an epidural, but when they put it in, you're belly button will pop out.

  My friend (who had a kid 13 years ago) told me that if you actually push on your innie during a contraction your pain is less intense therefore you won't need an epidural at all. I'm going to try this method.

  I have no idea what others are saying but I never showed in my last pregnancy and had an innie the entire time.  There is no chance of hitting the baby,  I had en epidural and honestly I will do it again.  I'm am almost 35 weeks and although I am showing I still have an innie

  I would never get an epidural but that's just me. I want my baby to be safe and that's why I'm doing an unmedicated and natural c-section.
