Hey @yogahh No baby yet. A few close calls, but she is hanging in there. Mobile bumping is hard. I have become a lurker, but will definitely keep you all updated. CS is scheduled for Monday!!
My UO is I think this article (link below) is irresponsible. Obviously overweight/obese women can have healthy pregnancies, but I have experienced both and being pregnant at a healthier weight is what the medical community and media should be promoting. There is a fine line between positive body image and promoting/glorifying an unhealthy lifestyle and I think this crosses the line.
I agree that the medical community should be promoting health during pregnancy. I know that I can tell a HUGE difference between when I'm eating very clean and exercising, and when I spend a little too much time on the couch eating cake and ice cream. Even though my weight is the same, I seem to develop so many problems when I'm eating crappy food.
Me neither. I think it would be more annoying to have two going around. There will still be people that comment on the old one, so I dont think it would be beneficial...But I am also the girl that thinks if you want to post a birth story, just do it when you make your announcement so we have one thread, and we all know I am out-numbered on that one

Still here! I've been lurking with lovetits! I have my temporary sub shadowing me at work, so my work bumping is at a minimum. Next week I'll have all sorts of time on my hands (assuming I don't go into labor early!)

Honestly... @lalala2004 's siggy creeps me out. It's so smarmy and blech. Nothing against lalala, of course, but every time I see your sig I'm hit with a wave of Do Not Want. Like if I had to watch an entire TV show solely comprised of William Riker from Star Trek The Next Generation.
