Not sure if anyone will check this, but is anyone else feeling pressure when they sit on the toilet? Not necessarily using the bathroom, but as soon as I sit down, I feel pressure in my pelvis, almost feels like my cervix. It's making me nervous, although I'm not sure you can "feel" a weak/incompetent cervix.

I have no pregnancy glow either, my face and check keep breaking out and I normally don't have any acne. Also still bloating like crazy, and have the hardest time waking up in the morning and getting going.
@cassieleeanne yup, here too. I had two episodes of horrible hip pain. Otherwise at times it feels like it's being stretched and expanded in unnatural ways haha
Anyone else have super dry and red hands? My hands are super dry and turning red on top around those areas and even starting to crack in spots. I've been trying different lotions trying to find one to give me relief. This is horrible!
@wegme27 DH suffers from dry red cracked hands pretty much all year round, and he finds that Eucerin's intensive care works really well. I also seem to have some kind of pregnancy eczema on my hand and if I'm consistent with using it throughout the day (after I wash my hands) it helps a lot.
Lower back and tailbone pain like a mother!!! This came out of no where. Wasn't expecting this pain so soon.
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
Sleep quality at night is a joke when you factor in the amount of times I have to get up to pee, and my back killing me no matter what position I sleep in. Getting a snoogle in the mail soon from a friend who swears by it. Also, these frequent headaches are awful.
@annabenanna The headaches are no joke. I was a super grump yesterday because an unrelenting all day headache. No amount of water helped. I'm sorry about yours! I hope you find some relief soon! The snoogle was great for me! My DH attempted to snag it a few times, too, hahaha.
I've reached the forgetful part of pregnancy. I almost forgot my son had a doctor appt today. And I went to the mall for exercise today. Wandered around JCPenny for 20 minutes trying to find the door I came in before I remembered I came in through Sears.
@rozANDbenSINCE2001 and @mrszoess . It truly sucks. Pre-pregnancy, I never used to get headaches at all, so this is new to me. Hard to do anything: work, cook, have fun. lol. I'm drinking tons of water and nothing helps. May have to ask my doc at my next appointment what I can take for it.
This constant need to pee is getting ridiculous! Today I went to the bathroom right before my barre class, and before we were even done with the warm up I felt like I needed to pee again! WTF?!
These flipping headaches are getting old, I've tried all my usual natural tricks and nothing is helping! It sucks to be in that second trimester at long last and have loads of energy but I'm being crippled by my head pounding!
Also is anyone else expanding but not actually putting on pounds? So weird to me!
@ladyshark311 ugh same here with the headaches. Been laid up on the couch all day, but it was so nice out and I had energy so I wanted to spend it outside
Can't help you with this one, I've gained 8 lbs already haha
@LGW2015 I'm kinda jealous!! Lol I just started week 14 yesterday and really didn't eat much in the first tri but my appetite is definitely normal now so I imagine the pounds will start!
@ladyshark311 I'm putting on a solid 1 lb per week since my BFP. I'm expanding like a water buffalo and the scale is proof. My OB is not concerned but now that I've got some energy back and real food doesn't make me want to hurl, I'm hoping I can put a stop to any unnecessary weight gain.
My main symptom as I've moved into 2nd tri is cramping. I hate it. I'm told its normal because my ute is stretching but it makes me nervous regardless. It's not at all severe, not even bad enough to pop a Tylenol but it's still there. It creeps around to my back too, usually on one side or the other. I had an appt this morning and heard the HB and was assured I have nothing to worry about so I'll try to chill the eff out.

@ladyshark311 Yes, it's weird! My clothes have gotten steadily tighter, but I've lost weight. At the beginning of the pregnancy I was down five pounds to 222, went as low as 218 during first try then back up to 222 - and then night before last I had a big poop and it took me down a full two pounds! I'm worried it's because I'm losing muscle from all the trying not to move so as not to vomit during weeks 8-11.
Honestly, since I'm already considered overweight or obese or something, I'm just glad I'm not going to get yelled at for gaining too much weight... yet, anyway.
This constipation, though. I'm grateful I can now eat a bowl of ice cream with out pooping my brains out. But seriously...there's gotta be a happy medium. I kind of want to get the Squatty Potty but I'm afraid my husband will think I'm insane.
@JennJenn81713 I recently started taking Miralax because the constipation was so awful and it has really worked well and is gentle. My OB is pretty awesome and we share the same philosophies and she's not at all been concerned with weight gain/loss yet. Her exact words during my first tri constant nausea: Eat what you can when you are able to and don't stress about it.
@MRSCORKER I wouldn't stress too much about the weight gain. I'm the same way.... about a pound a week. You may be retaining a lot of water like I do. I didn't realize this until after I had my son and I lost about 30 lbs in a matter of days after giving birth. Same thing is happening with this pregnancy... I'm gaining a ton but I have a feeling it's water weight just like last time.
14 weeks... and the nausea has gotten a lot worse again. I think I remember reading some of you had the same issue around 14 weeks? I'm hoping it passes soon... I am SO over being so nauseous and sick!

Have you noticed swelling yet?
Oh, I retain water like crazy. I would seriously hold on to 5-10 lbs of water during my period. I haven't noticed too much swelling but I'm definitely puffy all over. I was pretty carb heavy during first tri because the thought of anything else made me queasy. Now that I'm able to eat veggies again, I'm hoping I can slow the gain. I'm holding out hope that I will drop the extra weight easily after delivery. We shall see!

I'm hoping most of mine is water/carb bloat from 1st tri too. Some days I jump two or three pounds and I'm not even eating that much. I gained over 15 pounds so far. Dr ok'd me doing 1900 calories for now and monitoring from there, so I'm going to start logging religiously in my fitness pal. I have to get back to the gym or at least do a beach body video or something.
