Let me guess, you're feeling the baby move , right? I attached pictures of what the uterus looks like in normal pregnancy, obviously not super bionic like yours...
Gah. You're trying a little too hard here. If you're going to try to create drama, at least be more creative with your approach. This is just lame.

You are being pretty nasty and rude. Just let her be. Every body and pregnancy is different. My guess is that with her 4th pregnancy, she knows her body better than you do.
During my last pregnancy (I believe I was about 14 weeks) I remember feeling my "bump" protruding more on the right side, pushing on it a little bit to even it out and then it went right back over there. Even though she's not as far along, maybe her bump is already more prominent than many of ours. Who cares, right? Happy + healthy 9mos to all of us.

Since when is stating facts considered being rude, nasty, and starting drama? Sorry if facts offend you. Ok, I'll tell her what she wants to hear...oh yay, you're totes showing, and you can totally feel your uterus at this time. At your next ob appt, they also can also tell you the gender! Also its a super great idea to compare weight gain.... Is that better? You should all open a book one of these days. I'm bowing out, feel free to have the last word.
