freaking out- baby penis question

i just changed my baby boy's diaper (he's 7 weeks) and noticed two blisters on the shaft of his penis! i am freaking out. i've never been tested for herpes, but i've never had any outbreak of blisters down there...i do get cold sores/fever blisters so i know i do have that type of herpes virus...i have no idea what this is and i'm so upset thinking i gave him this somehow-- anyone else ever have this happen?

    Herpes?  Really?  Maybe just a diaper rash.  Put some aquaphor or desatin on it.
    Finally after 15 months and 2 IUI's we have our gorgeous baby boy!
