I have swelling like that off and on with my pregnancies. What helps me the most is different than what other people have suggested... I would recommend getting up and moving around, even though it's uncomfortable. And drink a ton of water. When I'm up and chasing my kids around or cleaning, I have almost no swelling. When I sit at my desk all day and then come home and sit, even with my feet elevated, that's when I end up looking like your picture.
