@felix08 that's a good question about my doctor and temping! I do remember that last year at my annual, I told her that DH and I were going to start trying for a family in late 2015. She gave me this big old-school packet of "how-to-BBT-chart" and was like, "you may find this interesting if you are into the scientific aspect of conceiving. You don't have to use this at all but it will teach you how to chart if you decide to do that at some point." She is awesome about not pressuring me to do anything--so I don't think she'll mind that I temped at all! I remember thinking, "yeah right, I'll never be serious enough about TTC to temp"...HA. says the gal that started temping cycle ONE. I knew nothing about TTC at that point, lol! So really I should dig out that packet she gave me if I can find it! I never actually read it, go figure.

I'm so surprise your doctor brought up temping first! Mine essentially rolled her eyes and said anywaayyyss.. You'll probably ovulate around CD 14 and come back when you get a positive.

@meilay my DH is also really weird about it. one minute hes all excited and saying he hopes it happens soon and the next he's being all snippy with me saying I shouldn't be on the bump because it's just going to make me more obsessive and upset and that I shouldn't be trying to get pg while still in school ...(but the next day he says its fine and he'd rather not wait...). Talk about mood swings!

R/R/CS: CD 1 = Boo! Had my hopes really high this past cycle but I'm OK surprisingly! Partly because my temp told me I was out. New Years baby? Yes please!

@vintageandrea90 Ha! And they call us moody. We realized we both were kind of disrespecting what the other needed and that was leading to our tension. I was wanting him to be on board with all the science behind it and to feel excited. He was belittling my feelings and wanting me to be "chill" like him. Once we determined that look, you have every right to feel as you do, even if I think you should be over the moon like me because hello, baby coming soon hopefully! But I also have the right to feel as I do, which is that peeing on sticks and checking CM and drinking teas or whatever else is what makes me feel strong during a process that is incredibly vulnerable. I hope you're able to get to a more even keel soon.

Month/cycle: 8/8 or 5/5 TTCAL

CD: 1

WAYDTGKU: Checking cervix and CM, trying to help DH work out his "performance anxiety" before my FW then hopefully SMEP starting around CD14, starting OPKs around CD14, Saliva microscope, whatever I'm forgetting.

R/R/CS: I'm toying with the idea of trying acupuncture this cycle. I've also seriously gotta find a way to get DH out of this performance anxiety rut. We haven't had sex in 19 days and counting. He keeps saying that he doesn't want to try till he's sufficiently in the mood. But he won't do anything that could possibly put him in the mood. I'm sorry but killing orcs in a video game isn't likely to leave you in the mood DH. I'm feeling less and less confident that we'll get it sorted out by my FW at the rate we're going. Ya know, considering we've made 0 progress in the last 19 days.

I'm also a bit worried that the CP will make my cycle wonky this month. But that can't be helped so I'll just do what I can and hope for the best. My period only ended up being 1 day later than it was late cycle so maybe that's a good sign that things won't be too different?

GTKY: Oh this is tough. I had a lot of bands where I liked a couple of their songs and didn't care for the rest. Audioslave, Foo Fights, Tool, Sound Garden, Incubus, Staind (was Staind 90s or early 2000s?) etc. I never really had a band that I liked pretty much everything they did.

@clover28 It's been beautiful in Toronto all winter. Only a couple of weeks with snow. It should be around +10C during the day (sorry I don't know F) and cooler at night. Bring layers and you will be good to go! Enjoy your trip! Msg me if you need any recommendations or info. I don't live in Toronto but my dad does and I am there at least once a month for work.

R/R/CS: I've been feeling a bit exhausted with TTC this month, so I've been reading and keeping up, but posting less. I have myself worked up about not getting CH and I'm 5 days later than my latest O CD. I'm emotionally supporting all of you ladies, just from over here. Feel better about life tonight. Will probably be back to it tomorrow. Off to try to manipulate FF to get CH.

R/R/CS: Have no idea why I haven't got confirmation of O yet. I'm having post-O CM. But my temps have been unusually lower this cycle. Is my thermometer messed up?They're creeping back up, but still not high enough. I manually entered a higher temp for tomorrow (just for fun) and it gives me dotted CH for O on CD15. Also I fainted today at work, which is really unusual for me. I'm all kinds of messed up this cycle.
