So besides now needing @tripledaggerwed95976 mobile.... The nursery is now finito! It's a small room and we did the best we could. Hopefully it doesn't feel cramped as we are using it, but overall I'm happy with how everything has come together.
Nursery is finally complete! So we don't have a crib mattress yet because we figured it's an expense that can wait for a little bit longer since she's not going to be in the crib for a bit. And the shelves are a bit empty for now but I don't doubt they'll fill up in no time! Pretty happy with how it all turned out

We finally slept in our new house last night! The nursery was the first room I tackled. I still need to hang curtains, replace the ugly light fixture and put the bookshelf in with 2 decorative shelves above it to the right of the crib, but it's almost done!
Where is your dresser/changing table from? I'm in love
Thank you! It's an antique that has been repainted with chalk paint
This was a four-hour project...but worth it! We had to cut out every single leaf (they were printed on a single sheet of sticky paper)...144 in all!
This wall is the only green wall in the room; the other three are a neutral color. It doesn't have a "complete" nursery feel, though, as the crib and rocker are in our master bedroom. But at least this room will be ready when we move him in there!
We are almost complete! My dad helped us install the ceiling fan and we finally got to hanging things on the wall. Awaiting the chair we had to special order to put in the corner by the bookshelves, and just need to figure out artwork over the changing table. This weekend was productive!
I have nothing to contribute. Feel like I may be the only one without a nursery. We are currently in the process of moving so we will be living with my in-laws for a few months until we buy a house. Baby will have a nice little section of stuff in the closet. She will survive if she doesn't have her own nursery to eat, sleep, and poop in.
Totally changed our plans from a few months ago and decided to room baby and DS1 together. Baby will be in a bassinet with us for awhile anyway we think. Still need to hang up their names (superhero letters) and I'm debating about the mobile. We just had the room painted so I hate to put a hole in the ceiling for the mobile and don't feel comfortable with a 3m hook holding it up over the crib.

@aehogan90 I don't have a nursery either, you are not alone! We currently live in a one bedroom apt with a nook for baby in our bedroom. We'll obviously have to move sooner than later but I can't think about it now. I tell myself it is a good thing because it simplifies everything, we can only get the things we truly need because we have no space for extras. That said it does bum me out sometimes and I totally live vicariously through this thread.
@LadySamLady glad i'm not the only one! I, too, think of it as a simplification of the baby things we will get. We will have what we need. I know we're still going to be overloaded with things because it's the first grandchild and people generally go crazy. I am totally living vicariously through all these pictures!

We are building a bedroom in our basement as a mother in law suite sometime later on in the year so DD2 will not have a bedroom until then. She'll be sleeping in our room anyways until almost a year so there was no hurry.

I still need to put in the curtains and I am waiting for my changing table to arrive. My mom is going to make a nice crown canopy for me. Which will go right above the circle on the wall
@bkjade - Our painter came this week, so now all that is left is wallpapering the accent wall. My husband and I have called everyone we can find, but no one wants to call us back. Apparently, painters HATE doing wallpaper which means my husband and I are going to have to suck it up and try it ourselves. I'm terrified.
Not near finished, but glad to have some things up on the walls! Still waiting on the bedding set, glider/ottoman and dresser. Also, adding some bookshelves in tomorrow (I'm trying the Pinterest hack of using IKEA spice rack/shelves and painting them fun colors).
Pretty much done (did most of it since I'm off for spring break). I may just add another cube organizer where the sleeper is for diapers, wipes, bibs, socks, etc. But everyone is doing great! The nurseries are lovely ☺️
love the room I am using similar colors minty/teal, pink and gold accents.
Re: March Nursery Updates
This is was a dark wood vanity my SIL gave us that my mom and I repainted and reupholstered (forgot a before picture) we spray painted the knobs:
My MIL made these curtains. Unfortunately, one panel is two inches too short! She's going to fix it.
She she made the quilt hanging on the crib, too:
My DH and I made the paintings on the left:
