Ugh. Actual crazies. Less funny and more obnoxious. Haha.
We were actually discussing something like this in May recently...there are suspicions that certain posters aren't actually pregnant, and they are just here for the drama. Not saying that this is the case, but yeah. Crazies. Ugh.
There is a closed group -- Crazy Threads that has one of these (if not more). Yes, there has been some catfish non-pregnant ladies on these boards trying to start drama or seriously have mental issues. Hence, I will be forever cautious of a tater hater.
----------stuck in the box----------- Thank you!! I've been trying to figure out how to say something but didn't want to come off as the thread police so I didn't.
But are you the thread police? You have to tell us if you are, it's the law.
Plus, she's a lawyer, so she knows stuff.
Please edit your post to reflect that I know EVERYTHING. I'm faxing a copy of my degree over now.
Let the record show that I have reviewed @Palisson's transcript and she does, in fact, know everything.
H: Hey there, did you sleep ok? Me: Hrmph, grumf, grumble. Yep. H: You're not wearing green *pinch*
....
I'd punch him in the face.
Totally justifiable
I couldn't extricate myself from my pregnant lady pillow nest fast enough to swat him before he bounced away like a damn leprechaun. Grr.
Erm.... I'm totally that guy. I snuck into the bathroom this morning at 7:00am while my husband was tilted over the counter drowsily getting ready after his shower with his adorable bare hinny in the air... I pinched it, said 'you're not wearing green' in an excessively cheerful voice, and bolted. He was pre-coffee and had to work until 11pm last night...
Somewhere, in the subcockles of our gleefully devious hearts, we really are sorry we are such obnoxious jerks. Honest. Ish.
@crdo hahaha my dh woke me up reminding me that I cannot wear orange today even if i cannot find any maternity clothes in green, the only other acceptable alternative is navy... complete with a history of the Irish flag... someone was all too chipper to be going out for St. Pats tonight and I was all to eager to get more sleep!
In other news, my friend who is due June 3rd with twins just got sent back to Labor & Delivery to be monitored for contractions because her cervix shortened to 1.2... I'm so nervous for her those babies are only 2.5 pounds each!
@HBamama2B: Ok, I can't even be mad. That's hilarious.
@MsBeachNJ: My goodness, someone was indeed chipper today! You can return the favor and be extra chipper tomorrow when (if) he has a post-St Pat's headache

I am, in fact, not a thread police, and bitches best be glad because I'd be "titty-totting" all that BS.
I feel like I'm more worried about the possibility of having to do the 3-hour test than I am about the possibility of actually having GD. Someone invent a less shitty test for this plz.

Ha! Kinda how I feel. Another two hours sitting at the hospital surrounded by old people. I thought I'd be sent for a three hour - curious why the two. In any case, fun times coming up!

Yeah I always thought it was 3? Oh well, one less hour of chillin with the old people sounds ok.

If you are worried then just start two or three threads about all the possible things that could happen:
"I feel like I'm more worried about the possibility of having to do the 3-hour test"
"I am worried about the possibility of actually having GD"

"GD Glucose Challenge Hack: using a Twizzler as a straw to drink the Glucola"
Oh sweet jesus. I might just hire you to make me laugh for the entire two hour test that I now have to take I'll poll everyone in a separate thread to see what they all think about that.

Oh good- Add this to your to-do list: please take a poll on bunkbeds for brothers sharing a room:
Thinking about keeping DS in toddler bed until newDS is 6 months old and ready for crib, then we will buy bunk beds.
H showed me some s'mores brownie recipe video on Facebook yesterday. It looked divine.
He makes the schedules at work and gave himself Saturday off (never happens). I asked him why, thinking maybe I had forgotten we had an event planned or something and he says, "Well, now I can make those brownies."
They're training a new hire and she needs to be able to work a weekend so that's how he justified it to his boss but he took a freaking whole day off so that he could make and eat brownies. I'm not 100% convinced I'm the only pregnant one in the house.

Not to be weird or anything but I think I just fell in love with your husband
Maybe you can post a screen shot of your results and ask us all what they mean with an obligatory Dr is not concerned but my second removed aunt said...
I'm feeling the weirdest things from this baby right now. And it's constant. Is it kicks?! Hiccups? Kick-ups?! It's craaaaaazy!
Start your OWN post and just say this. That's the right thing to do. I've seen it happen at least 20x this week.
Gah, you're right! I shared my random thought in the wrong place. Why do we even have a randoms thread anymore?! We just need to start new threads over & over & over & over again. It is the right thing to do!

I seriously thought about posting this as a "RIP Belly Button" thread but I'll just post it here instead because I too, like @deepaddy24, have not learned the proper etiquette for posting my randoms in separate posts.
Dear Belly Button Indent,
You put up the good fight. With admirable courage and conviction you fought against the little alien invader encroaching on your space. You fought and on March 17, 2016 you lost the battle (but not the war). Your fight will not be in vain. You will be remembered and your story told for years to come. RIP Belly Button Indent...until June.

FX for your friend!!
My one hour test came back 'borderline'. I have to do a 2 hour test now. Balls.
Should I start a new thread to talk about it? What do you guys think?

I'm sorry you have to do a 2 hour test and yes, you absolutely should start a new thread about it. I like reading the same post over and over again.
Edited because verb tense is hard.

Re all the randos: every time one shows up, this pops into my head:
Bah. Thanks man! But, from what I've learned, I just need to start exercising and eating paleo and I should pass it right?
