I don't know how you ladies due at the beginning of june are coping with the ever approaching due dates. My countdown hit 100 days today and it's freaking me out!

Well, this is our third, so.... first pregnancies seem to take FOREVER and then all of a sudden, it's here and feels like a bomb exploded.

I'm mid June, but didn't realize I'd already passed the 100 mark. Yikes!
June 2016 April Siggy Challenge: Reasons my kid is crying
Trying to force my self to start potty training my twins for real today... I DON'T WANNA!!!!!!! Why does it have to be sooooooo hard???
Oh my word, Godspeed to you, mama. I abhorred potty training. I hope it's much more successful for you!
Thanks!! I have made several half assed attempts over the last few months and now it's like I need this done NOW! They will be 2 1/2 at the beginning of April so I'm hoping they are ready!

Our daughter showed interest when she was about 20 months old, but by that point, I was 38 weeks pregnant and couldn't have cared less about PTing. In retrospect, I should've just done it, because she was almost 3 1/2 by the time all was said and done. Our son, however, fought us tooth and nail (and he's RIDICULOUSLY strong- physically and determined-wise), so one day, when he was probably almost 3 1/2, we literally wrestled undies on him and he never had an accident. Sooooo......yeah. Sorry for the rambling 2 1/2 seems like the primo window!
I'm at 81 days to go. I'm SO excited, I want the days to fly by, even though I know I shouldn't wish time away. I really can't wait to meet my little boy.
I've been so busy with work that I haven't had a chance to say and catch up with everyone--so a quick note to everyone who reads this thread that I hope you are doing well and healthy.
@fishwife799 Thanks for making that birth announcement thread. I'm not due until end of June and with my luck, I will probably give birth at 42 weeks (noooooo) so that gives me lots of time to read everyone else's stories. Oh and happy birthday!
@ahernandez16 Seriously, your workplace stories are always ridiculous and jaw-dropping. How do you put up with the all the crazies around you?
@shannonrnbsn I am so very, very sorry to hear about your news. Please keep us posted. Do you have to go to the high-risk OB for a consult or are they making you do an entire transfer of care?
Thanks to all for the well wishes, but I read it right. Failed. Scored 168 when it should have been 140. So now referred to high risk for monitoring. Spent the morning crying, but will be just fine. I can do anything for my boy for three months.
Sorry to hear, but I think you have a great attitude about the news! Best wishes, lady.
Don't worry too much! Mine was over 300 and my son turned out perfect! Lots of appointments and ultrasounds but it really wasn't bad other than the strict diet which is more annoying than anything. Finger pricks for blood sugar checks weren't bad and I had to do insulin injections twice a day which surprisingly weren't bad either once you get used to sticking yourself. I like to think of it this way, if it's the worst thing or most serious thing happening in my pregnancy then I'm pretty damn lucky.
OMGsh the daycare thread hates science. I have to step away...
As for potty training I am in ZERO rush. It sounds awful. I'd rather change diapers than clean up accidents. I'd wait until she was headed to college if I was allowed to but I know daycare has rules about it being done earlier.
Good lord, I just opened this thread for the first time! I had no idea everything I was missing out on! All of a sudden, I feel like a drive-by poster! I'm going to have to check this thread every day to keep up!

Same. I just checked mine. 90 days. What the fuuuu.....
That thread makes me cringe. I'm not going to respond otherwise I'm pretty sure I'll get a warning.
ANNNNND I just failed.
That totally was not warn worthy! I enjoyed it though
I just really want to ask what educational systems some of the responders have frequented so I can make sure my son avoids them like the plague. Well, really he doesn't need to avoid the plague Bc no one in my family has died from it so technically the whole plague thing is really just stories and it only matters what I've actually experienced in my own teeny tiny life. So plague away, son! But don't go to those schools. Just, no.

Lots of people lived through the plague you know. Multiple plagues even. Are they even dangerous? Does it really matter they killed millions as long as some lived through it? Maybe we should all stop getting vaccines and hopefully bring about some eradicated diseases because why not
Re: Weekly Randoms go here...

Triplets due 6/29/16 also from an IUI!

@fishwife799 happy birthday.
ETA: maybe I should keep an eye out for my mucus plug in case I'm going into labor.
I think I may have a crush on you.
And now I'm off to read the daycare thread!
