To be added to the Weekly Checkin, please answer the following:

2. What is your diagnosis?
3. What is your current treatment plan?
QOTW: What do you listen to/read for inspiration?
Re: TTTC Checkin 03/07/2016
Since then we have tried one cycle of IVF and got 3 arrested embryos. It's looking like an egg quality issue and we are considering next steps. We have spent so much money into this and it might be time for us to face some hard realities.
I've been trying to cling to our faith and at this point we are not going to give up. I know that I will be a mother one day but it will definitely come from a more non traditional route and most likely not a pregnancy of my own. But for the time being, I'm going to continue learning and helping anyone I can on this journey.
Married for 7 years, TTC for 4 years
dx: Diminished Ovarian Reserve
2 Clomid IUI's + 4 injectable IUI's= 5 BFNs and 1 mc
Im hoping stress doesn't screw me up this cycle. My parents just sold the house (and my dog) that we were renting from them so we had less then a month to find a place and move and I had a hard time getting days off of work to move.
Qotw: I have a playlist of mostly country I listen to when I'm feeling hopeless. We have 4 people who know we are actively ttc and have been having problems for so long and the one who is my fiancé's cousins baby momma and my former best friend constantly tells me that we should give up and that having a baby would destroy our relationship (truth is that she has the only great grand kids in his family so currently the trust that his grandparents set up only has her two kids listed as beneficiaries so she doesn't want any of the other grand kids having kids before they die so her kids get all of the money) so typically after seeing her I blast "fight song" over and over and over again until I no longer want to turn the car around and punch her.
Not a whole lotta updates this week. Celebrating my second cycle in a row that is technically perfect. I enjoy it when my body appears to be working as it should.
QOTW: Depending on what kind of inspiration I need...when I am cleaning or working out, I like listening to good sing along music. Something upbeat. If I am angry or upset...Good Charlotte. It reminds me of when I was younger and had less responsibilities. If I am sad I like reading old letters or nice notes people have written to me or about me.

@Goldenkeys - I'm so sorry to hear that. You and your husband and in my thoughts and prayers.
As for me...I got my BFP last week and my betas came back looking great.
Good luck to all you ladies struggling, don't lose hope! It took us 14 long months and many treatments, but we were lucky enough to finally conceive. I'll miss this board and hope to see many of you on the BMBs.
QOTW: some fun music I suppose...but to get me out of a funk I turn to pinterest and look at humor pages and it helps me remember life should be fun and not to stress so bad.
@GoldenKeys can you please update my treatment to IVF? Thanks!
QOTW: I am starting to practice mindfulness into my daily routine and listening to something calming can help for inspiration, also coming here and reading about success stories help

As for me, right now we're just waiting until our IVF consult on the 15th and then we will know more. My husband has another SA and bloodwork on Thursday and I'm hopeful that we'll see more improvement. I'm expecting his T levels have improved because the ED issues he was having from the sudden drop in T after stopping androgel have officially gone away (yay!!) and he's feeling more normal. At the same time though, if we do see more improvement in the SA that might make me feel more confused than ever about what we should do about our recent decision to move to IVF. Hoping the doctors will have some recommendations for us.
Sorry @erica0901 and @Drove2u for your BFNs. I have been out of town and haven't been checking here since last Thursday and I was hoping for good news from you both. Hopefully we will be IVF cycle buddies.
QOTW: I enjoy listening to Broadway show tunes. ETA the QOTW.
Me: 34, DH: 38 ~ TTC since 2014
IUI #1-3 (Nov 2015, Feb 2016, May 2016) = BFNs

While I listen to ALL types of music- my favorite to drag me out of a slump are some loud ballads that I sing real loud to while driving- Faith Hill is good for that.
No Folic acid/pharmaceuticals/supplements (too many to list- private message me if interested), IVIL infusion
Qotw: I like listening to TED talks, it helps inspire me to inspire others. (I'm a Teacher)
This is our very first cycle of treatment, and I am both excited and nervous! I've listed the different medications and stages in my treatment plan:
Treatment Plan:

CD3: Ultrasound + Clomid
CD9: Ovidrel
CD 11 & 13: Monitoring for Ovulation + BD

QOTW: What do you listen to/read for inspiration?
Two songs I really enjoy when I need a pick me up:
"One Day You Will" - Lady Antebellum
"Play On" - Carrie Underwood
I also love information - I find that the more information I have, the better I feel...constantly reading up on infertility and treatments, and reading all of your wonderful stories on The Bump!
Children: 1 (girl, 3 years)
TTTC #1 since April 2015, Started Treatment Dec 2015
5 Cycles of IF treatment until BFP! (IUI, Gonal-F, Letrozole)
Born: May 22, 2017

QOTW.... I listen to Mozart to bring me to a calm and happy place. Also, my indie stuff, Fruit Bats, Conor Oberst, Blind Pilot and Lumineersmake me feel happy.
@GoldenKeys I'm sorry your cycle didn't turn out good. It sounds like we had similar results. It's so disappointing.
DX - MFI Antibodies, High DNA fragmentation
IUI #1 November 2015 - 0% Motility
IVF #2 May 2016 - (FAIL/25 eggs, 1 5BB xx, PGS abnormal)
I haven't checked in to TTTC in a few weeks. Going to visit RE about next steps since clomid didn't work. Me and DH were casually talking about traveling abroad for IVF since it's so expensive here.
Fur-children: 3 dogs + 2 cats (all rescued)
6 rounds of clomid
5 rounds of iui
Several HSG's sprinkled throughout the years to up my chances of a BFP
Several dilation of cervix because they suspect the scar tissue is hindering it from fully opening (partially adds to the severe cramps all month)
IVF #1 Gonal F, Menopur and Cetrotide
ER 12/1/2016
4/4 day 5 embryos were normal for PGS!!! 2 boys/2 girls
FET 1/10/2017
Gallbladder surgery 1/10/2017
FET estimated end of Feb, beginning of March
I like to read action books and it depends on what type of mood Im in for music.
Since we are on hold I have thrown myself into work and healthy eating. My A1c has to come down a little more before our 1st IUI. my sugars have been great the last two weeks, but I have to continue it for 6 more. Sorry to hear that many of us are stressing this week. For inspiration I find good quotes on pinterest and listen to upbeat songs from any genre. I can't wait to get back to actively trying to grow our family.

Thanks, I just noticed your post this morning.... we bought an old, fully renovated colonial. It has tons of character and a carriage house in the back. It comes with sky lights and lots of land too. We normally could never afford a house like this, but the previous owners were an elderly wealthy couple who put a lot of work in the house, but their children did not want it. They gave it to us for a song because the man of the house was gardening in the back and overheard me saying how much I would love to take care of the house. I had no idea he was the owner, we thought he was a landscaper.
