H broke a glass washing dishes this morning and got a small cut on his knuckle about the size of a grain of rice.

So naturally, he's currently incapacitated on the couch right now with an ACE bandage wrapped around his entire hand... after I convinced him that he did not, in fact, need stitches. "But it looks pretty deep."

Men. I fucking swear.

I got hungry for lunch. We're out of normal lunch food so I'm eating Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream for lunch. Yum.

ETA: Also, how many times can I say "lunch" in 2 sentences. Gah.

DH took DS to Atlanta for the weekend to go to the monster truck jam with some of his friends that live up there. I am having the weekend of my life! I have been to 5 different stores in town shopping for the nursery, got fries and a shake from zaxbys (apparently since I can do what I want I can also eat what I want), and I think I'm about to take a long nap then get my nails done. Or maybe even a massage! Or whatever the hell else I wanna do.

That's super disappointing! I too had high hopes. If you do go on Asos you might want to order a few different sizes and return the ones that don't fit just in case. Good luck!

@NicknShan DO IT!!!

I was "in the mood" last night so when we went to bed I just reached over and touched H on the arm and his response was "what are you doing" to which I got pissed and didn't talk to him and instead went to sleep. Maybe slightly over-dramatic response but whatever. I've had so many conversations with him about how I would like him to initiate things so I actually feel a little bit wanted and nothing changes. And when we do try to do things he is constantly worried about my belly. He literally was pushing my hips up the one day and I was like what's going on what are you doing and he was like you're squishing him...umm no I'm not he has plenty of space in there!! Talk about ruining the moment!

This reminded me of a weird convo I had with a lady that was passing out free food samples at Sams club a few weeks ago. She asked when I was due (June 7th) and then she got all excited and was all "Do you want to know something?!?! My birthday is June 6th!!!" Then she proceeded to tell me about how her brother and his wife have 2 kids and that she and her brothers family all live in their moms mobile home with her 4 cats. Most. Awkward. Conversation. Ever.

DD finally fell asleep for her nap so now I'm going to eat all the Popsicles without having to share.

I went shoe shopping today because my shoes are becoming such a pain to put on. I was hoping to find something I could slip on, but I need to be able to wear socks because my feet swell during the day if I don't. I couldn't get a single shoe over my swollen fat feet. Even when I went up a size. It was a little depressing. I'm not sure what I'm going to wear when my tie shoes become impossible to put on.

I got these sneakers that have a zipper on the side instead of having to tie shoe laces. Had to do a size up but works wonders.

Word. Im allergic to coconut so thank the lord there isn't any in a margarita. I'm all about the virgin margaritas. My DH has been making them for me and there's a restaurant nearby that does scratch margaritas (virgin for me) that are to die for. It's basically just limeade with salt until I pop this kid out but my imagination makes up for it.

They're actually pretty good! I didn't put many chocolate chips in, though, so they aren't as flavourful as I thought they'd be. BUT, H ate one & liked it...he has no idea there's zucchini in them, hahaha!
