I'm slacking ladies! Niece/nephews got me/DD/my mom sick and we're just coming out of the sickness stupor. So here it is, better late than never I guess lol
Status update: 20w + 4d (21w + 4d) initial OB wants to keep the 10th due date (to be safe) but the rest of the office disagrees (last time I checked my chart reflected the July 3rd due date)
What's next: Check-up appointment on 3/8. Heartbeat/weight check etc Nothing super exciting, but hearing his heartbeat is always amazing We are going this weekend to get baby shower invites! (Because of family stuff we have to have them early). We have reached "viability" (the states predetermined g/a /size etc as to when the hospital has to care for a preterm baby. Here the baby has to measure 21 weeks). So that's a strange but reassuring milestone.
R/R/S: RLP. Like some other ladies, I am so over this stupid sciatica pain. I've had it since I was younger, so it's not new and I knew it would rear it's ugly head. BUT my tailbone feeling bruised and the random feeling of an electric jolt darting across my back/butt/leg makes me kinda crabby! Also, ginormous boobs smh They have always been huge, but now they're just going crazy lol
Rave: I have one very active very healthy big boy in there. Lately he has been moving a lot, off and on all day. DH,DD and my mom have all felt him kick numerous times now. I don't have enough words to explain the wonders this does for my anxiety

Thank you all for the support. The ultrasound was not good. It showed that the fluid was back down to what it was when my water first broke. So now DH and I have to make a decision on whether or not to continue with the pregnancy. If we continue there is a chance for infection in me and there is only a small chance that she will survive and if she does the change is big that she will have breathing issues. We gave ourselves the weekend to talk it out and decide. But, I think I know what decision we will make. Again thank all of you for your support and prayers.
@Deepoet I'm so sorry you didn't get better news. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you and your DH. Thinking of you and lots of creepy Internet stranger hugs.

@Deepoet I am so incredibly sorry that the u/s didn't go well. We are praying you and your DH have the strength you need during this terribly difficult time in making this decision. It's so unfair.

We are scheduling the procedure as soon as possible. It has been a sincere pleasure to be a part of this group for the past few months. Your creepy Internet love and support has helped me get through this tough time. I have to delete this app because I can no longer see the progress of my baby without becoming hysterical. We will get through this and this will be my last pregnancy because I cannot put my body and mind through this again. Maybe we will adopt. We already have 1 amazing DS and he is my light in this dark time. I wish you all a happy and healthy rest of your pregnancy and if my heart allows I might even lurk in July!
@Deepoet please take good care of yourself. I know this was not an easy decision to make but the best one for you and your family. You have been constantly on my mind for the last several weeks and will continue to be. Lots of hugs and love to you.
