Hi Ladies! What are your thoughts on the following baby names? The middle name will most likely be Audrey after my DH late mother.

  • Kinsley is so trendy and based on a surname and Madison, although very common in girls, literally means "son of Maud" so I don't really care for either. :( I love Audrey though and the significance it holds. I agree with PP with FNing it, unless you have a reason not to. If I had to choose between the above, I guess it would go to Madison.
  • I just cannot picture an adult Kinsley. I prefer Madison or even Audrey!
  • Another vote for Audrey or something else.  Madison is super popular and I really dislike Kinsley.
  • Not a fan of either, but from the two I'd chose Madison. Audrey as a first name would be nice though!

  • Madison is already dated on a girl but I would rather meet one million more than any more Kinsley's.

I like Audrey and maybe Audra as a first name could be an option if you aren't feeling Audrey for a FN. Kinsley just is trendy and sounds like a forever 3 year not a strong adult

  • Audrey please
  • Definitely Madison over Kinsley. Audrey is my fav though.
  • I like Kinsley better but I don't think it sounds great with Audrey since they both end in ey. Madison Audrey flows much better

  • Not a big fan of Madison, but Kinsley is worse.  Sounds a bit too close for me to Kinsey, who was a sex researcher who came up with the sliding scale of sexuality from gay to straight.  Or Kingsley Shacklebolt from Harry Potter.  Nope nope nope.
  • Kinsley is a horrible adult name. I love Audrey, it was on our list. It's better than Madison IMO
  • Love Audrey. I very much dislike the other two.

  • Audrey. The other two sound like you let a kid name her.
  • I dislike both of these. On a similar wave, I'd think about Kelsey and Madeline (or Madelyn).
  • They're both cute.
