  • Yeah, I do feel better. Sticking up for someone against some internet bullies does feel kind of good. Thanks for asking. And saying that you were being rude and sanctimonious was stating a fact. These forums are here for people to ask questions and be excited about being a mom. I just don't understand the need to jump down her throat about it.
Except we've been able to disagree without violating Terms of Service. Its a violation to call us bullies and tell us that we are rude and/or sanctimonious. It can inhibit other posters' enjoyment of the site and is considered a personal attack. You are one of the ones in this thread that is resorting to personal attacks and its really not very attractive. @mboudreau1

  • By calling her out as a "white knight" your just admitting your comments where rude and unnecessary as she had to "sweep in to save the day" . Our entire pregnancy group read through some of your comments and are just appalled at how some of you have decided to answer a simple gender guessing question, yes perhaps it's not categorised as "bullying" but it is rude.

Why don't you simply answer her question by submitting if you think it's a boy or girl? if you can't tell simply don't comment leave her be with the joy of her unborn child on the way because as some of you have commented that you don't particularly care about this gender guessing game or seeing her ultrasound scan of her baby's genitals  then why didn't you just scroll by?

On that note from the nub theory my guess is a boy and congratulations on your baby on the way! Xx

  • I had a U/S at 11 weeks and the tech said "I can already kind of tell what it is, do you want to know" and she told us boy and then the doctor came in, did the ultrasound himself and said "it looks like you're having a little boy, I'm 99% sure" then they took blood for the chromosome test at that same appointment. Got the results back 3 days later, and they were right, it was a boy!

  • I'm embarrassed for all of these moms who are being so rude! If you don't like these posts, then scroll past it.

As for the original post, I had a friend find out at 12 weeks that it was a boy and they were correct. So I wouldn't take the sonogram as 100% correct, but it most likely is!
Well, you know there's a 50/50 chance on either gender, so........

  • I would love to know what your explenation is then for your rediculous posts? Is your intention to make the op's enjoyment of the site decreased?  This post turned into a bunch of trolls spitting out stupid and trying to up eachother. If that is not bullying, or an attempt to make the op's experience diminished you should check yourself again.

What type of stupid gets on a woman for posting ultrasound pictures because of gentials? This was the most rediculous post ive ever read in my life. I shared it with many..as we laughed at you all.  They shared it with more. Everyone had an amazing laugh at your attempt cliquey pompousness.
