I just got the call.... Of the 13 eggs, 11 were mature, and 9 of those fertilized! Wow, oh wow. I did not expect that at all! Neither did my doctor!! I'll find out tomorrow if transfer will be Monday or Wednesday! So exciting!!

@twomommiestobe that is so frustrating..why can't they tell you today? Shouldn't they know how many fertilized by now? I am no expert on this by any means but I thought it was the norm to get a fertilization report (and maturity report) the next day. At least they said everything looks good

yay for tomorrow @LSatturo126 Please let me know how it goes..is it in the morning or afternoon? I know my dr does transfers in the afternoon. Enjoy the Super Bowl..i am a sports fan too but don't care too much about either team playing but am rooting for the panthers. My fingers are really crossed for you (and me) and hoping our 1 embryos are all it takes for us. I know both of us would rather not start this process all over again if we can help it!

We are transferring one and wanted at least one to try again if it fails. We would then save one for a sibling and donate the rest. So anything after 2-3 we wanted to donate.

Anyone experience bloating the next day after transfer? I hope so and that it means it took lol. Also I found out I had assisting hatching because the dr feels strongly by doing that it will stick better. I also read that can cause identical twins which I would be super excited to have. @ShayLatrice did you have that? I know it ran in both families but was just curious.

Anyone experience bloating the next day after transfer? I hope so and that it means it took lol. Also I found out I had assisting hatching because the dr feels strongly by doing that it will stick better. I also read that can cause identical twins which I would be super excited to have. @ShayLatrice did you have that? I know it ran in both families but was just curious.
We are having assisted hatching. I asked a dr who also went through ivf about the chances of it causing twins. It is higher than without assisted hatching but the difference is fraction of a percent. I, on the other hand, DON'T want twins unless fate wants it to happen. I'm a nanny for twins and see the struggles. Preterm birth and a NICU stay is something I want to avoid at all costs! Lol

Married my best friend in 2013 (I was 33), After 1.5yrs of TTC got my first BFP naturally on 2/7/15 but ended in DNC on 4/14/15, not viable. In 2015 I was 35...Found out I had only one working ovary, which was DOR, with scar tissue and I ovulated at 7 days, with a small cervix opening and a tilted uterus... Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. IVF#3 retrieval 4/23/16- 0 healthy embryos. IVF#4 retrieval 6/17/16- 1 healthy embryo. FET#1-Transferred Both Healthy Embryos on 9/6/16 BFP!! 9/15/16 Beta 22.3, 9/17/16 Beta 60.5 & 9/19/16 Beta 195! 1st US on 9/23/16, only 1 Gast Sac & Yolk Sac found, US 9/30/16 US 6wk 1day saw and heard Heartbeat 120bpm!! EDD 5/25/2017 Had a healthy baby girl via CSection on 5/18/17 8lbs 15oz.
RE DX for me: Anovulatory cycles/Mild PCOS RE DX for DW: Endometrioma on left Ovary.
Reciprocal Ivf Feb 2016. DW eggs and I am carrying. EDD: 10/27/16
