Sometimes a baby just needs to cry just because. I don't think people realize how stressful it is to be a baby. You're born to a new world that's bright, loud, and cold. You deal with hunger, wet diapers, gas. The gravity of this new world is too strong for you to move. Then just when you figure out how to use your hands bam you start teething. It's tough to be a baby. My son fussed today for 2 hours for nothing. Fed, clean diaper, play, cuddles, baby channel, stroller ride. Nada thing worked. Follow it up with a nasty fight with my husband for his insensitivity to my frustration and bam I'm crying now too.

Yep I agree with that. Being a mom is hard too. There are times where I have to put her down and just walk away for a few. Absolutely nothing wrong with her just fussy.
Sorry you had a rough day today. The insensitivity comes from that profession. My dh's response to everything is "ok, no doubt and I bet" oh and throw a "sorry" in there too. Lol. Go drink a glass of wine. I think you've earned it!
