I'm going in for my beta for 2nd IUI on Monday, 2/8. So far I have been successfully holding off on HPTing... but I'm getting more and more anxious as time passes. Having some breast tenderness this time around, so I'm thinking positive thoughts, but who knows!

I wish you all positive thoughts as we go through this sucky, awful experience. But hey, at least we have each other, right? Prayers for you all!

@PCOSat25 I never knew hot baths were bad for women. I know my husband should avoid out hot tub. I wonder if there are other things I'm doing that can affect my getting pregnant

I've been told warm baths are ok, just not the first few days (like swimming) in case of infection as they might have 'scratched' you inside.
Just not the hot hot kinds women like.
But do check what your clinic says, they might have a different idea about baths @PCOSat25

@amos1417 Fx it was just too early!

@PCOSat25 From what I understand warm baths are fine, but not hot baths. While infection is a concern, it also has to do with the increase in body temperature.

BFN for me today even though I'm only 11piui. I had AF like cramps yesterday morning for a few hours and then they vanished. Hoping for a late implanter. I was great waiting the first week. This second week is slowly driving me batty

So I'm 8 days past IUI and I started bleeding enough to need a pad. What happened? Did we miss my ovulation? I'm so frustrated. I had to leave a message with the RE. I've been tracking my cycles for 6+ months and this has never happened before. We saw the follicles on US. I'm so mad!

Ugh. My heart hurts reading about all the BFNs today

It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly unfair all of this is.

The other day I had to listen to my friend tell me about her SIL who got KU while on birth control and is super pissed she's having another kid. Then mom messages me to tell me about THREE people in the same damn family that are expecting. Do I have a sign on me that says please tell me about every stupid pregnancy in the world?! And here we all are wishing and praying and hoping with all of our beings...ugh.

@zoefer2 What the heck is up with all the random banning lately?! Glad to see you're back though.

@arbasham Are you sure it's an actual period? Keep us posted. Keeping my fingers crossed you aren't out.

I'm so sorry to hear about all the bfns ladies! This is so unfair and I wish we could all have gotten BFPs this month!

I had my repeat beta today and it came back at 76.3, so more than doubled from Sunday's 28!

I am still rooting for all those still waiting!!!

Thursday 2/4 can't come soon enough for my BETA im not taking an HPT so I am just counting down so I can move forward on being PG or new treatment plan. The waiting game sucks!

@arbasham please keep us posted on what your RE says... my LP was shorter when I did IUI as well but not that short. Hopefully it wasn't an actually period!

Still waiting on AF over here. I'm really surprised I haven't started yet, but also kind of glad. DH goes to the urologist on Thursday and based on what he says we will decide whether or not to do an IUI next cycle. I'll be able to do my baseline after his appointment now that AF hasn't arrived yet.

Infertility is exhausting. Hugs to all of you!

@wifeinraleigh28 if af has not started yet, could it still be a good sign ?
These last two days have been hard for me, i cannot stop thinking about the possibility of being pregnant or not pregnant. Even during an importamt meeting yesterday, i couldnt pay attention to the conversations as i should people asked me if i am okay. I think i will test tomorrow morning because i do not want to dream anymore.

Well this seems like a regular period. All the nurse at the clinic said was that this sometimes happens and its from "all the meds". Whatever that means. I've been on fertility meds for four months and nothing like this has happened. I don't know what to do. Do I go ahead with the next cycle? Ugh.

Bfn for me as well. I am sure this wont turn to bfp.
Everyone says you have to think poitive and be hopeful, but when my hopes are high the bfn s crush my soul. I feel so stupid that i was daydreaming even more than i feel sad. Sorry for ranting. GL to ladies who are testing this week !!

Thanks for your support @NurseTMD85 and @Lin&say , I am so sorry for your BFNs. My friends do not understand why I am disappointed every month so I just do not share with anyone anymore but my DH and you here. Thanks for letting me know that I am not crazy feeling this way. I will test again on Saturday but I do not expect anything.

@zoefer2 I don't talk to any of my friends about it either. Unless you've gone through it, you can't really understand the heartbreak and the millions of emotions that come with it. To them, time is this infinite thing. For us, each month is a step closer to possibly never having children. I am thankful for this board to talk to women who can actually relate. So no, you definitely aren't crazy. And I will be keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you that you'll have good news for us on Saturday morning. ❤️

@zoefer2 @lin&ay I don't talk to my friends about it either. They're definitely some of my biggest cheerleaders, but having to tell them every month that I got another BFN... It was just painful. So now they understand that no news is bad news and I don't particularly want to talk about it. I call my mom when I have meltdowns and she tells me I'm being dramatic. So she doesn't' even get it. You guys are so not alone in this... Or we're all crazy (which might be possible

I'm just over the iuis at this point and I wish my insurance didn't make me do 6 before ivf. Now I'm doubting the success of iui and I feel the last one will be a bfn too. @NurseTMD85 @tvh1982
