got my day 5 call..... -6 'early blastocyst' - they will check these again today or tomorrow and to see if they make it to blastocyst to be biopsied
-2 'early compacting' - she really didn't say too much about these, but I guess they could keep growing
-1 is 7 cells, 2 are 6 cells - she didn't seem optimist these would make it. Anyone else been at early blastocyst at Day 5???..... I'm upset none are ready to be biopsied today but hoping they keep growing for tomorrow..... ugh! These waits are hard!

Currently had 2 rounds of failed IUIs, failed TI monitored cycle December 2015: Starting 1st IVF cycle January 2016: Retrieval March 2016: Pending Transfer (I have 3 PGS tested embryos waiting for a womb) April 2016: BFP, the old fashioned way.
The dr just called. Of my 11 eggs, only 9 were mature. Only 7 fertilized. Now I wait until Monday because they will not call over the weekend to give me my results. I'm hoping more than half make it but I'm really worried.
good luck @alexiskiriluk the waiting is the worst. I swear I am more aware of everything because I am just so on edge. I am waiting to hear about my 2 fertilized eggs and this morning after someone told me they were pregnant I lost it in my car. I hate that this process is so hard and long.
@alexiskiriluk 7 to work with sounds like plenty! I'm sure you have tough little embies so you will be fine! So you don't get any more updates until Monday? That seems like so long to wait! @MelD17011 just think how long you've waited so far....1 day is nothing compared to what you've dealt with so far! I have no experience with any of this so sorry I can't offer you any advice hopefully you can teach me!
We're starting our first round of IVF this month. I have a few more days of BCP, shots will start February 7th.

Just finished night five of stims. It's a pain mixing the menopur and gonal-f, it feels like it takes so long and the medication feels like it is thick. It's hard to press the syringe down! I'm convinced I'm doing something wrong. Hopefully I'm not and things are looking good at my monitoring appointment tomorrow morning.
@Minnie1155 you mix those two together and do 1 shot instead of two separate? I'll be starting that protocol next month, which is why I ask. I haven't gotten much insight from my RE. @MelD17011 hang in there ❤

@momof2furkids yes, that's exactly what I do. I have the 75 IU vials of each, and I just mix them all together in one syringe. For my dose I have 4 vials of gonal-f and 2 of menopur.
@StephanieWalstrom I feel like that is still really early, when is your beta?
My BETA is tomorrow at 8:15am. Then they call by 3pm. I want to be out of the house so I don't go crazy. I'm also worried about an emotional response (no matter the results) in public. Lucky my DH and I were both able to take the day off. This wait has seamed like an eternity. My DH and I have had so many BFN's I'm really hoping now is or time. FX!
Thank you girls! Everything went well! 14 eggs were retrieved. They will call tomorrow with how many were mature and fertilized! I had a nice little nap while there, and now I'm laying on the couch with my heating pad and my dogs @selena2016 fx for for tomorrow! Want to hear about the first bfp of this group!!! After my appt today I was told my estrogen level has risen nicely and that I still have all small follicles. Continuing with my same doses for stimming and checking back on Friday. Hopefully I have some good progress!
Thank you @Minnie1155 and @Selena2016 guess I am more sleep deprived than I thought, because I literally napped from 10:45 till now! I also had on nurse Jackie because of @StephanieWalstrom recommendation....great show!! @Minnie1155 be patient....they will start growing eventually! Took me 14 days!
Dw is on her way to her first follicle scan. Aghhh, I'm nervous. They checked my lining and it's already at 11 and they wanted it to be 8 in 2 weeks at transfer time. They were really excited and lowered my estrogen patches. They said I am ready for the transfer!!!
