Just finished a 1.5 mile walk. First time walking this distance since the 5k I did back in November. My EVERYTHING hurts now! (I swear I'm not lazy, I've been waiting for Dr approval to exercise for four months)
Also I want to cry knowing that I used to be able to walk that distance within 15 minutes, and run it within 10. Omg postpartum training is going to SUCK!
My MIL let me have a nap before bringing me DS after my doctors appointment. I'm not sure if it was the glucose screen, TDAP, or a combo of the two that made me so exhausted.
@RoseShadow873 Yes, owned by Budweiser! They are actually bred on a ranch owned by them too. Not all Clydesdales qualify to be on the hitch either, they have to be male, of a specific minimum height (forget exactly), all four white feet, black mane, white mark on face. If they don't meet those requirements they are sold to legit buyers, some females kept to foal new babies. There are three hitches that travel in different regions of the country, each with back up horses. I know way more than I should about these horses lol. Including that they are given short one or two syllable names (that start with the same letter as their mother's name) so it's easy for the driver to call their names out for commands.

WTAF?!? WHHHHHY would you post that on FB? I don't care that is IS green (and it is...green...very green). No one wants to see that! And ladies on TB think pee sticks are bad!

Sorry I didn't respond to any of you earlier, I was at my three hour test with my mom and didn't want to be rude on my phone She actually isn't a friend of mine, so I'm not sure what the reactions were. It was screenshotted from a scientific vegan discussion group I'm a part of. They were all making fun of it, for the record >.<
I've seen some very informative, well done breastfeeding/pumping tutorials on YouTube in the past as well.. nothing creepy or inappropriate surprisingly.
In order to cheer myself up about my failed attempt at the three hour glucose test I'm making Rice Krispie treats topped with peanut butter cup filling and chocolate. I'll probably eat most of them and I definitely won't feel bad about it.
I am still waiting for my results from the glucose test even though I should have them by now. They are such slackers at my doctor with lab tests. When I did the CF carrier test they lost my blood sample and cancelled the test without telling me so I had to do it all again. That better not have happened this time!

I got my glucose test results back, and failed by two points (132 and their cutoff is 130). I really don't think I can face the 3-hour test; the 1-hour was bad enough and I felt like crap the rest of the day. I think I'm going to just assume I have GD and move forward with whatever tracking and diet modifications need to be made. But first I'm going to mope and whine this weekend and eat some ice cream.

YES!!! She had a yoga mat to squat on at the stream edge over the stones?? I don't even know why I watched it. It was like I couldn't look away because I almost didn't believe I was actually going to see it all!
