@babymish - FX for your high temp in the morning! I’ll miss you over here on WTO, but you know I’m rooting for you when you move over to TWW! Guess yesterday was a good/bad day to not be on the board? I’ll have to go explore what happened… *hugs* for you if it made you blue. Also, I’d say most days responding to everyone takes around an hour, though some days it’s less if there isn’t as much CS that needs to happen in my responses.
@virginiaham - I really hope you’re feeling better soon! DH has been feeling sick again since Saturday, and I’m trying desperately not to catch it, as I usually have the worse immune system out of the two of us!
@jparli - Yay for positive OPK! FX for O within the next couple of days!
@PrettyPalomino - boring, yes, but in some ways, I find that nice and relaxing!
@Paturkey - I was thinking the double digits thing too when I made my post a short time ago! And, ugh, sorry about the cold messing with your temps. I hope you’re feeling better soon! That’s weird about the test date changing. What number cycle was it for you with temping?
@cjt121413 - Hahaha, that gif! I’m glad this board exists too!
@pretzel2plus1 - Ugh, now I really need to go through and read what happened. But, yeah, *hugs* to everyone for whatever it was.
@H4aPartyof5 - Grey’s and I had a falling out very early in the series and I refused to watch, but I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
@houseofsetters - glad you’re enjoying some emotional stability!
@DiFazette911 - yep, DH has had the manful for the second weekend in a row and stretching into this week with this second round. *head desk* Also, ugh, I need to shave!
@OrangeEv - Maybe your husband being more enthusiastic helps even you out? Knowing that you’re not the only one caring a bunch? Either way, glad you’re feeling less BSC.
@MRSCORKER - glad that AF is one the way out. I bet that temping alarm was a bit disconcerting at that time! I tried to move mine a little later this cycle, but I keep waking up a few minutes before the old time, so I think that’s kind of locked in as my time now.
@korycir - FX that AF stops soon, and enjoy your time off!
@sldp123 - Sorry that you’re not wild about your CH and timing, but if you’ve got it in the FW, try to stay optimistic. FX that you get those high temps to confirm CH soon. Also FX that your offer is accepted! That’s awesome.
@samijrichards - I’m not sure what letrozole is, but FX for you that it agrees with you as well as possible, etc. Also, I will not download a new addicting game. I will not download a new addicting game…

@sparty18 - FX that you get your temp rise in the morning!

@mrskratt - I’m sorry that you’re finding temping to be more stressful. Have you at least been seeing a normal LP come out of it? I think that’s the big pro of it for me… knowing when you O, even if you only figure it out after the fact, so you know when you’re late and when you’re not.
@beary67 - I love that gif. I love that episode. Dare I say it? I Love Lucy! Personally, I think there’s a higher peanut butter to chocolate ratio on the holiday ones, but I managed to avoid them this year because they’re like crack, so I’m not entirely sure!
@DCHokiemom - Sorry that Clomid is making you break out… FX that it ends up being worth it!
@BerkeBaby - I’m realizing I’m probably a couple days late on this because I haven’t been around, but I’m sorry to hear about your aunt. FX that what actually happens with her and her treatment is better than the post-MRI expectation. *hugs*
@Zoey1019 - FX that you can confirm O or get AF and move onto the next cycle soon!

@cwirth89 - I’m sorry that the IUI I was painful, but FX for you!
@ReesaAnne16 - I’m sorry that you’re finding TTC unfun these days. *hugs*
@BusinessWife - I just got weirdly excited and all like, “FF has my projected O date as Feb 1, maybe we’ll be TWW buddies!” Then I decided that was a really weird reaction… I’ll just go back to hoping that you get an O when you expect it with good timing. Sound good? I have absolutely no idea what your R/R/CS means, so I’m cautiously putting it in the “things that happened in that thread that I missed” category?
@FiancB - Let me know if you like Making Babies, I’m always looking for something new to read, and an occasional TTC rec is also good! I’m sorry that whatever was in that thread got you down. *hugs*
@tamalahoops - I’m beginning to fear going in search of this infamous thread… Also, I’m really sorry that people are saying that to you, it is super frustrating, and I sometimes feel hurt by it. And that last comment from the person you vented too. Ugh. *hugs*
@QueenDaenerysT - woohoo for the shortened name! (sorry if I’m a few days late on that) I’m really sorry for CD 1 though. *hugs* My average cycle has been 37 days, roughly. Last cycle I didn’t start my OPKs until CD17, and I still saw a positive OPK on CD22 for O a couple days “early” on CD23 (that cycle only ended up being 35 days). So I guess my advice is to take them as late as you feel comfortable? That’s really not helpful at all… sorry…
@JBcakes08 - Hello! You’ll feel more comfortable as time goes on. I didn’t really track CM until my second full month temping because I found just temping to be a stressful enough addition for the first month I was doing it. Hopefully you aren’t around long, but if you are, those parts do get easier!
@Marley629 - yeah, weather people are frequently not so helpful, are they?
@JamieK1882 - which brand of OPKs? Sorry if you’ve already said and I forgot. I think “wet” is fertile, but I’m thinking CM might not be. It’s also possible to have both, and you log the most fertile you have in a day. If you’re not sure, I’d definitely put it in as “watery”. FX that whatever it is, it gets easier to tell soon!
@fitlady21 - FX that your OPKs are helpful, and sorry you had to go to work when you really didn’t want to.
@Thea519 - Always good to find a silver lining, enjoy!
@strickland8052 - FX for a positive OPK and a temp spike soon! Also, I thought the vibrating uterus was a sign of pregnancy, not O?
@NurseMarie9 - Hooray for CH! FX that you get a good temp tomorrow as well!
@SweetiePateetie - “glass half-bottle” made me smile. That is often how it goes for me when I decide to have a glass as well.
@whiska - Yay for better eating! I was doing well, then I kind of backslid, and I need to get on that again!
@MissAmeliaPond - yeah, O looks possible, but you’re not higher than CD12 yet, so I think it could go either way. At least you have good timing if you did O already. I’d HIO while waiting to see what your next couple temps do!
@PrimRoseMama - Ugh, I’m sorry that your husband is sick! That is frustrating as heck (in general if he gets man sick like mine, but either way particularly so during FW!). FX that he’s better soon and you get some HIO in before O!
@YesOuiCan - The uterus goggles really would be nice. FX for O soon with good timing!
@therealvday - FX that you get plenty of BD in with a good timing O!

@MrsDho11 Aww you are so sweet! We probably WILL BE tww buddies, even if it's not the exact same O date, it'll be close enough, and that's not weird! (unless we're both weird? lol) Last cycle was my first full one I guess really participating on here, and I actually surprised myself how much I got to be rooting for everyone as their testing time was approaching... FX we are bmb buddies and everything, too! ;)
Epic Jackie Chan is just this silly meme I made, but it had gotten bumped down to the second page of threads...
And now to see if I can find Downton Abbey on my Roku, thanks to @MRSCORKER reminding me that it started back up again. I haven't seen it on hulu though, so I'm hoping it will pop up on the PBS ap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Squeee! Hugs for anyone that needs them after that thread yesterday! Feel better, @virginiaham and @Paturkey. @sldp FX your offer is accepted. @BerkeBaby I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. Hugs. @QueenDaenerysT What I've done in the past is test once a day in the eve until I start getting a line, then start testing twice a day or more. @MissAmeliaPond I think it's entirely possible today is O day, but like you said you'll have to wait and see. You have great timing so I wouldn't worry.
Month/Cycle: 10/7
CD: 8
WAYDTGKU: Femara, Ovidrel, TI, charting, HSG, SA. Decided to not temp this cycle.
R/R/CS: Already got DH's SA results back. Wonderful news! Count and quality are great. Morphology is irrelevant at this point. It seems our only obstacle TTC is my PCOS and I'm ovulating on Femara so we should have at least 20% chance like everyone else! I'm so freaking happy you guise. Concentration: 205.8 million/mL (>=22 million/mL) Motility: 93% (>=45%) with 80% progressive Morphology: 3% (>=4%)
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? Going for a walk in a park. Too bad the parks by me suck.
Honorable mentions: Biggest IF support sister, sweetest bumpie, most genuine, LFAFer you'd most like to visit, great things come in small packages, pocket sized babe
Oh my goodness, I'm reading the thread now, and the first three pages, my face was doing a pretty good impression of this: Okay, you got me. I just got back from the dentist getting two cavities filled, and there was numbing medicine... My face was trying to do that, but it was doing a piss poor impression of it, I'm sure.
But then I got a little over halfway through, and I was glad to see the love take over the thread. Because I was too late to post some hugs on there, this is for anyone who was hurt, crushed, made sad, etc. by the thread.

My husband also gets man flu. Even when his wife is legitimately sick and pregnant, and puking, she must stop what she is doing and care for him because omg he is SO SICK.
Cycle/Month: 4/5, CD 7
WAYD: opks, cm, temping again, no sex yet but hey the night is young. (as is the cycle)
RRCS: So aggravated that a snow storm would have the gall to hit in the middle of our state testing. But still really hoping for a snow day Friday and Monday!! And annoyed that there is no milk in the store. All I wanted was a measly half gallon to eat with my cereal tomorrow!!
Relax: total introvert here, too. I have recently begun to appreciate the power of a long hot shower.
WAYDTGKU: temps, green tea, HIO. I bought OPKs but I hate them. I used one and got what I guess is considered a negative result, and then I got an invalid one the next day.
R/R/CS: I feel like an idiot, but I have a really hard time identifying CM and am not sure how to put the data into FF.
I used to think if it as "dry" "chapstick" (sticky) "watery" "lotion" (creamy) and "egg white" back before my days using ff I actually wrote that in my charts. I think the important thing is recognizing your patterns. Example: If what you consider to be creamy shows up when you o every month, you start to recognize that and see the pattern.
@MRSCORKER I'm kicking myself because Episode 1 was gone from the PBS playlist, so I just watched 2. I made a bargain with myself, I'm doing a 5 min exercise circuit downstairs before I go back up for Episode 3! Oh the TTC drama never ends, does it?
Thanks everyone for the thoughts, prayers, and hugs. I appreciate it more than I can express. I just wanted to give you a quick update, as I will most like be MIA for a couple of days to be with family. My aunt has been taken off her ventilator. The stroke was excessive and caused too much damage. She has lost all cognitive function; she is completely unresponsive. The clot caused paralysis in both sides of her body, including her vocal cords. This means she won't be able to eat or drink, the food would get into her lungs.
Her brothers and sisters, including my dad, had to make the difficult decision to have Last Rites given (we're Catholic) by a friend of the family, who is a priest. And now it is just playing the waiting game to see how long she can continue to breathe on her own. The effort might prove to be too much for her.
Again, thank you all for your support. I appreciate it so much. I will be back in a couple of days. I think I need a break from everything after this.
@BerkeBaby I am so sorry that you are going through this. Watching someone go through this is never easy...especially a loved one. I've been wondering if your family has been considering palliative/hospice care services. It really is wonderful when considering the difficult decisions to be made and they would be able to dedicate a lot of time for the care of your Aunt and to answer questions for family. If you have any questions you can ask....

Month/Cycle: 8/7
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: Temping, PNV, starting OPKs at some point in the near future, and trying not to come down with whatever crud is going around school.
R/R/CS: Work has been crazy and we are remodeling our bathroom so there's chaos everywhere...I feel like I haven't logged on here in forever. Oh and catching the crap that's going around sucks.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? In the winter it's all about sweatpants and tv or reading. In the nicer weather, I love to be outside. Hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc. My happy time is our yearly summer vacation in Canada. We head up north with a bunch from DH's family and unplug for the week...and lots of food. Different kinds of s'mores and leftovers in the sandwich makers are the best
@sldp123 good luck with your offer! FX the sellers like it!
@beary67 I completely agree with you on the Reese's eggs/trees etc. So much better! And how cute of your DH!
@BerkeBaby I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. Sending thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
@MamaMunn what was your old username? This is driving me bonkers!
@cwirth89 FX for a successful IUI! Also spotting sucks.
@BusinessWife I always set HIO goals too! I send DH calendar invites titled "HIO". He knows what that means. It doesn't always work out perfectly, but it helps a lot, I think. And thanks for the CS! We are definitely just going to keep HIO.
@FiancB let me know how you like Making Babies. I've been considering reading that, too. I'm sorry you were feeling depressed, but glad that you have something that helps you feel better.
@MrsDho11 thanks for the CS! I was wondering where you were yesterday Also, I love all your Cap/Chris Evans gifs today! Did you see the Captain America special on ABC last night?
@hunnybunny17 thank you for the CS! I'm so impatient - I was totally hoping someone would be able to read my chart better than me, but definitely just have to keep HIO and see what tomorrow's temp does.
Aaaaaaand I just want to wrap up with a big awkward group hug!
@korycir - she had been in a nursing home after her first stroke. As of right now, she is still in the ICU at the hospital. They are pretty much waiting for her to go. The doctors aren't expecting her to last much longer.
Thanks, everyone. I'm putting the phone away for the night.

@MrsDho11 I honestly can't tell when I O'd. Last month, FF changed my O date 3 times, then at the end of my cycle changed it back to the previous one. My LP could possibly be short, but I have no clue. I even started taking vitamin B to make it longer, just in case.
Edit to add (because I didn't read the whole thread yet):
@BerkeBaby so incredibly sorry you are going through this. I wish I could give you an IRL hug.

@SweetiePateetie - “glass half-bottle” made me smile.

Squeee! DH is out at his first late night of classes so I may just have to seize the opportunity.

@MrsDho11 - you're so sweet to acknowledge everyone! Thanks for the well wishes, hoping so too. And hope you figure things out about the trip to PR... sounds like it'd be a blast but you know what's best for you *hugs*
We also seem to be irrationally long cycle friends! I hope yours get shorter and more predictable!!

Okay, you got me.

Month/Cycle: 8/7

I was wondering where you were yesterday
@hunnybunny17 thank you for the CS! I'm so impatient - I was totally hoping someone would be able to read my chart better than me, but definitely just have to keep HIO and see what tomorrow's temp does.
Aaaaaaand I just want to wrap up with a big awkward group hug!
